The folks at Tri-D really are great. It's a very fun, welcoming, homey atmosphere. And they are so good at what they do! I definitely recommend the place if you are looking for personal training and group classes, as opposed to a gym membership. more

Best Trainer-Mox Herrman 5/19/2008

I'm writing this review on one of the trainers, Mox Herrman. I've been working out with Mox for a little over three years and he rocks! Since starting with his routine and nutrition guidelines over three years ago I've lost ten pounds and dropped body fat and toned muscle. He is a great motivator and just when you feel like quitting he motivates you to do five more and because of that I feel better, look better, and feel stronger. \r \r Anyone would be lucky to have him as a trainer. He's always positive and up beat and even though my body might hurt when were done and the workouts can be tough I always look forward to them because when I'm done I feel so good.\r \r Tri-D has such a great environment to workout. I'm not a fan of big gym's and just feeling like another number. At Tri-D they really get to know you and what your personal fitness and nutritional needs are. I never feel like I'm trying to be sold on anything and I really feel like they are in your fitness with you every step of the way.\r \r \r Pros: Everyone is friendly, the location is great, and the facility is really awesome! more

Talk about a full body transformation! 12/14/2007

With the help of my personal trainer, Eric Spletstoser, and the team at Tri-D, I've dropped about 50 pounds and 11% bodyfat. For me, the results are much better than just the weight loss. My overall health, strength, conditioning and stability are dramatically improved. Eric is an outstanding trainer who has a good feel for when and how hard to push me to keep getting results workout after workout. In addition to our training sessions, he worked carefully with me on nutrition plans that helped me improve my energy and keep my lean body mass while losing weight. I can't recommend him highly enough. Tri-D also offers a full schedule of interesting classes and some great massage therapy and chiropractic services on-site. Signing up with a personal trainer at Tri-D was the best thing I've ever done for myself. My trainer, Belinda, is knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic, and always encouraging. The facility is clean and has good equipment and a variety of classes and services. Belinda designed a program specific to my needs and ability - I don't feel like I'm being asked to do exercises that are beyond my reach, although I'm still getting a thorough workout! \r \r If you're looking for an excellent way to get fit and enjoy a lot of personal attention, check out Tri-D. more

I LOVE TRI-D FITNESS! All of the trainers there are welcoming and help make me feel like I'm doing the right thing! My personal trainer is Belinda. She is SO AWESOME! She is very understanding of my medical conditions and personally tailors my workouts to my needs. I look forward to going and working out with here twice a week! I am so thankful that I have her as my trainer!\r The atmosphere of their facility is very comfortable. Its not like I am at a Gym working out among all of these body builders - which can make me feel uncomfortable. It is easily located just off of Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy.\r I highly recommend Tri-D to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer!\r more

The Personal Trainers at Tri-D Fitness are qualified experts that address all aspects of training. I've been to numerous trainers in the past that vaguely directed my workout sessions but completely failed when it came to exercise techniques, diet plans, supplements, etc. The Tri-D trainers offer very specific programs they design just for you and your personal needs and goals. Before joining Tri-D, I had never worked out with a personal trainer--it was intimidating. The personal trainers at Tri-D, however, helped to make me feel very comfortable. Being a huge advocate of personal fitness and living healthy, I started a contest for my company and had 15 people sign up for the ""Biggest Loser of New Vision Wealth"". Brad took the lead on this and helped so many of my staff with their diet, personal training and goal setting. I must say it was a huge success and I think I may have the fittest mortgage practice on the West Coast thanks to Brad and Tri-D. more

Motivational Environment to Reach Personal Goals 4/30/2007

Tri D is an amazing gym to accomplish your personal goals. I am training for my 1st Half Marathon and was suffering from knee pain from a past skiing accident. Brad thought out a workout routine and regime to alleviate the pain and keep me on track for the half. It is a very supportive environment where trainers I don't even utilize know my name. Scot is outgoing and approachable and I would be comfortable asking him any question as well. Its also a beauty facility which is clean, calming and well planned out! I have said it before and I will say it again: ""Words escape me."" I am so overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude for the tools (which are more like gifts) that Brad and the Tri-D team have given me. I have worked with Mox Herrman for 5 years through 2 major illnesses; he did research on the limitations I faced, and designed a program that fit my needs and provided Challenge! His knowledge of sports and the kind of exercises necessary to strengthen the body for a particular sport has helped me focus my workouts to target the muscles necessary for dragon boating. I credit him ( and my hard work) with my success in a dragon boat. Pros: Professional, Good parking, Personal service, great facility more

I love Tri D. I just started going there at the beginning of the year. After being given a nutirition plan and workout schedule I have dropped 2.8% body fat, lost 8 pounds and gone down from a size 7 to a size 3. It is amazing!! They are incredibly supportive. Best kept secret in Beaverton 1/11/2006

I've had fitness trainers since I was a late teenager - TriD definitely has some of the best I've ever worked with! Very professional and really in tune with what my specific goals are (because they change, depending on the season etc) and how to meet them - no cookie cutter approaches. They've worked with me to build realistic and personalized meal plans. For the most part that's pretty consistent, but there are times when I need to switch it up and they will build it into my meal plan. I can't believe all the things I learned about on nutrition through them, because you go in thinking it's all about the work out only, but these people really know their stuff! I Anyway, there is so much value I get from going there. I've worked out all my life - but when I go in for my training sessions, I definitely feel and see the results and changes - than when I workout on my own. Plus, I need the motivation - and I get it when I come go there! They have an AWESOME team of trainers! THANK YOU ALL!!! Pros: Talented and knowlegeable trainers, and the personal experience. They are known for having the best trainers in town that is why I started at Tri-D. The Programs are great, the trainers are very professional, courteous and highly educated. I have had numerous personal trainers over the years, many of them excellent. The trainers at Tri-D are the best around. They excel in so many areas: education, commitment, personality, originality, compassion..... When these folks begin to train you, be prepared for change. I have been training with Tri-D for 6 years and I'm as excited to be there today as I was 6 years ago. At 50 years old, I look years younger and I'm in the best shape of my life. As a Chiropractic Physician, I have referred many of my patients to Tri-D. They are the one's I trust with my patients as well as with my family. AMAZING 8/9/2005

I went to Tri-D and the were able to get me to loose 30 lbs. of fat and I can run miles without even breathing hard. Everything is so much easier. They modivated you and get you to your goals and look good in a swim suit. It's nothing like anyone else and I would not go to another place after using them.
