I'm writing this review on one of the trainers, Mox Herrman. I've been working out with Mox for a little over three years and he rocks! Since starting with his routine and nutrition guidelines over three years ago I've lost ten pounds and dropped body fat and toned muscle. He is a great motivator and just when you feel like quitting he motivates you to do five more and because of that I feel better, look better, and feel stronger. \r

Anyone would be lucky to have him as a trainer. He's always positive and up beat and even though my body might hurt when were done and the workouts can be tough I always look forward to them because when I'm done I feel so good.\r

Tri-D has such a great environment to workout. I'm not a fan of big gym's and just feeling like another number. At Tri-D they really get to know you and what your personal fitness and nutritional needs are. I never feel like I'm trying to be sold on anything and I really feel like they are in your fitness with you every step of the way.\r

Pros: Everyone is friendly, the location is great, and the facility is really awesome!
