Tri D is an amazing gym to accomplish your personal goals. I am training for my 1st Half Marathon and was suffering from knee pain from a past skiing accident. Brad thought out a workout routine and regime to alleviate the pain and keep me on track for the half. It is a very supportive environment where trainers I don't even utilize know my name. Scot is outgoing and approachable and I would be comfortable asking him any question as well. Its also a beauty facility which is clean, calming and well planned out!
