I should have been irritated but John Keller, my service advisor, smoothed over all the rough spots. I have a 2010 Prius 4 with 50,000miles. It has been the perfect car. I was getting set for my 50,000 mile service, when one night my car would not start. The panel read "hybrid failure.' Oh no. I had the car towed to Toyota of HB. John informed me that a part, rarely a problem had failed. My problem should be easy to fix once they had the part, which had to be ordered. In the meantime, I was given a loaner car for the 1 - 2 days I would need it. Unfortunately, the "little problem" turned out to be part of a "service notification" and the part had to be special ordered. One day turned into 2, then 3, then 5 then 10. John called me almost daily to update me. In the meantime......TofHB allowed me to use the loaner. After 12 days....finally the part was in, my car serviced and I was out of pocket only the cost of the 50,000 mile service, $150. Great service. Excellent communication.
