I have been taking my Prius in for regular service with Toyota Care since it was brand new. One time I had to wait awhile because the cashier had disappeared from her desk, but usually everyone is efficient and friendly. I love the free car washes, too! more

I called expecting to make an appointment to have my cars maintenance that was needed. It was 10:30am on a SATURDAY!!!! and Mike said well if you can get it here by 1:30pm i can have it serviced today. WHAT!!!!!!!!! they could actually do it the day i called amazing. In fact i brought it to them by 11:30 and they were done with it in an hr and washed it. Amazing, fast, and friendly service. more

The best 8/4/2014

Brought my 05 Prius in for an issue which turned out to be the battery pack. But to my surprise it was covered under warranty and my car was fixed and ready the next day. They even covered the rental I got. My service guy was outstanding. Never expected to be happy about a problem with a vehicle but HB Toyota get's two thumbs way up in my book! more
