I went to Toyota place in garden grove first because of an engine check light. Darren Onaga was the advisor that came out to help me. He told me the price for checking the car was 125$ and didnt even offer me a loaner car. He works in customer service but I got no help. I went home not happy of course. Next day i went to toyota in huntington beach and it was different night and day. Omar Munoz came out to help me right away. He told me the price to check the car was 90$ and gave me a loaner car until my car is fixed. My car hybrid baterry died but luckily it was under warranty. Toyota replaced it with no charge. Toyota really stand behind their products. I have to say toyota huntington beach is the only toyota location that i go to from now on because they did take care of me. Thanks a lot Omar. more

Got an oil change and had a tire sensor looked at. I knew the place where I got my new tires messed up my sensor, but I needed toyota to check first. And sure enough the sensor was broken. Everything took a little less than an hour. Quick and efficient. more
