Richard was very helpful. There was a recall on my vehicle and he was able to get me in right away. He made suggestions as to what other items that needed to be fixed on my truck. The service department was able to get my truck back to me with in the estimated time. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and genuine. Thank you!! more

When my car is not working, I'm not working. THB gave me a great loaner car to use while my car was being looked at and I did not lose any time at work. Rick was great and so was the nice lady at the car rental area. Also, the manager gave me his card and told me if I had any problems - to call him directly.
