When my car is not working, I'm not working. THB gave me a great loaner car to use while my car was being looked at and I did not lose any time at work. Rick was great and so was the nice lady at the car rental area. Also, the manager gave me his card and told me if I had any problems - to call him directly. I had NO problems, but it was nice to know he was looking out for me. Robert Fuller
