Great job meeting needs 10/25/2010

Salesperson was Ron Block. Ron did a great job to meet my needs and requirements. Took time to go over the vehicle, explain and set up my Sync system. Very professional, expedient overall process. Will recommend him to others. Looking forward to dealing with Mr. Block in the future more

From the start in emailing Tom Holzer about a Ford Flex to the response of Paul Moody creating a deal with no frills was fast and effective. Tom Holzer and Paul Moody were 100% professional and I would love to come back in the future to purchase a new car from them both. I drove 40 minutes to purchase my Ford Flex 2010 and it was worth it, thanks again Ford, Tom Holzer, and Paul Moody for a calm, no pressure purchase. more

I felt welcome! 10/5/2010

The dealership was welcoming with sofas and big flat screen tvs. They even have a game system for your kids. Everywhere was clean and organized (even the bathrooms). Cookies, coffee and water are complimentary while you wait for your car or salesperson. They have a full service area and a dealership. I have no experience with the body shop. Enterprise rental is on site if you need to rent while your car is being serviced. more
