Pleasant experience in purchasing 2 vehicles 2/7/2011

Pleasant experience in purchasing 2 vehicles in the last 6 months. We would like you to know, the reason is simple. Sale Consultant Christopher Pollock! Purchasing 2 vehicles in this climate could have been nerve racking. But Mr. Pollock's knowledge and expertise along with his kind approach, allowed my wife and I to have a comfort level that we did not receive at some of the other dealerships we visited. We kept coming back to Chris. We are writing this letter because it seems in this day and age, you only hear from people who have something to complain about. We are very satisfied with the service we recieved from Mr. Pollock & the rest of your staff and you can best believe we will be recommending all our friends and family to visit Tom Holzer Ford for their next purchase and/or lease. more

Chris was very attentive to my needs 1/31/2011

I leased a new Fusion SEL from Holzer on February 25, 2010. Christine Scherrer was my salesperson and I wanted you to know what a fie job she did on my behalf. Chris was very attentive to my needs, answered my questions and addressed my concerns promptly, courteously and worked hard to put together a good package for me. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail throughout the process, but especially at delivery, where she went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I am the third person from my family to purchase/lease a new Ford from Holzer in the past year and we all worked with Chris. You are fortunate to have Chris on you sales team. more

My wife Amy and I would like to inform you and all our friends that your Ford dealership is the best in the world also we like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Firas Hasso who sold us our 2010 Ford Escape, he sold us the care 4 months before our current lease expires and we are happy and thankful , he is a real smiley face, gentleman, honest, friendly and professional, we will recommend him and you and to anybody we know. My service has been excellent 1/25/2011

My service has been excellent (#5) since I first visited Tom Holzer ford for sercice in March. I was waiting in the reception area when I was approached by Tomi Novick who inquired as to whether I needed anything or had any questions.. I explained that my 2007 Edge was coming off lease in June (after a two month extension) and that I wanted to wait for the 2011 Edge to come out. I explained that I absolutely loved my Edge and was interested in buying the newest model and that I had a sports car convertible that I could use in the summer to bridge the gap. Before I got home I received and e-mail from Toni following up on my interest in a new Edge. She has been wonderful and took care of procedding the end of lease paperwork for me. I am looking forward to doing business with Toni and Tom Holzer Ford. more

I would recommend them to anyone 1/19/2011

As a first time car buyer, Paul Moody answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable. I never felft pressured. He gave me all the time and information I needed to make the right decision for me. He showed me my car and its features and wend ove r key points of the buying process, the owner's manual, and warranties. This was a pleasant experience. I would recommend my friends and family to see Paul for their next car purchase or lease. more

Steve is the most pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgable salesperson and is always willing to make sure his customers are totally satisfied. Everyone at Tom Holzer Ford is always so pleasant and helpful, but Steve is the greatest salesperson in the automotive business with Steve and with Tom Holzer Ford. more
