I was very impressed. I recently moved to the Novi area and it was my first time ever having service done at this dealership. This is by far the nicest looking Ford dealership I've ever been in. The lounge/waiting area was great. Very impressed. The cashier also explained my bill to me, which led me to believe that I was getting ripped off at the previous Ford dealership I took my car to. I will be having all my service done at this dealership from now on. Thanks a ton. more

professionalism, courtesy and consideration 7/28/2011

Dean, the service manager at Tom Holzer, handled a difficult drivability issue with professionalism, courtesy and consideration. He kept me up to date on discussions with Ford Motor Company on how to fix the intermittant problem I experienced, he arranged for a service loaner, and he was supportive and empathetic throughout the whole process. Because of Dean, I will buy another Ford product and I will buy from Tom Holzer Ford. more

Jeremiah and the whole staff are very accommodating. I've bought 3 cars now, and may be buying a 4th quite soon. The main reason I chose to start doing business there is the fact that they outbid other dealers for the $$ paid for my trade in. I never lease, so that's my bargaining chip. more

I had a great experience 5/13/2011

I had a great experience when I leased my new Ford Explorer. From the get-go Charles worked hard to answer all of my questions and took a very honest approach in our dealings. I have always believed that the best way to do business with anyone is to put all cards on the table. With Charles there were no hidden costs, no options left unturned. He is responsive to phone calls and very knowlegable about the products that he is selling for Ford. He is a young man, and a rising star in his profession. more

Christine was WONDERFUL!! She allowed me to take delivery of my car on the day I went into the showroom but went the extra mile to pich up my car from work to have a remote starter installed while I was at work the very next day. She went above and beyond my expectations and I will buy all future cars from Tom Holzer simply because your sales people go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. more

Quite satisfying; low-pressure but informative salesman, much detail about caring for a Ford Fusion, lots of information about various finacing opportunites available and advantages of extended warranty, quickly turnaround for weatherprooofing car, availability of loaner car during absence of Fusion for weatherprooofing, availability of coffee and cookies, helpfulness of salesman's colleages when he had to step away for a few miutesan excellent experience. more
