I was in the market for a new car when I visited Holzer Ford in June of 2010. I met a young man named Charles Cleavinger (spelling?) who asked me various questions to figure out my wants and needs. He put me in a 2010 F-150, which I thought was a little out of my price range at the time. Charles helped me find credits that I didn't even know existed, so I bought from him, and I have not been happier since! He even gave me his personal number for when I need help setting up my devices with Ford's sync system. Thanks Charles and thanks Tom Holzer Ford! more

Hands down great experience at Tom Holzer Ford. They put me in a very nice used car at a low price. The dealer did a great job inspecting, and replacing worn parts to prevent problems down the road. They also provided a warranty to back up their confidence in the vehicle. Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding and helping me finance the vehicle. The finance department did a great job with working with the bank to get me approved for a loan with my horrible credit. I look forward to buying my next vehicle down the road with this dealer. more

Couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. 4/4/2011

I worked with Charles Clevenger at Tom Holzer Ford and couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. I shared what I was looking for and what would work for me and Chase found the perfect fit! During the sale he was very descriptive throughout the entire process and made my first car purchase EASY! For follow up he trained me how to use all the mechanisms in my car and called within a week of my purchase to be sure everything was going good. I highly recommend using Tom Holzer Ford as your next venue for a car purchase and be sure to speak with Charles Clevenger! more

Couldn't be happier with the service we received 3/25/2011

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I really wanted a Flex and I had been to several dealerships in search of one. It wasn't until I walked into the front doors of Tom Holzer Ford and found Charles Cleavinger that I was comfortable with making such a purchase. Charles sat down and explained everything to me about the Flex. The features, the price and the ratings. He really cared about putting me into the right vehicle. Charles is someone I have recommended to all of my friends and several have bought vehicles from him since I purchased mine. We all feel the same way. If you are looking for an honest salesman with a lot of knowledge and patience who cares about finding the right match for you then you must visit Charles! A great big thank you to Charles as we love our new Flex and couldn't be happier with the service we received from him at Tom Holzer Ford. more

Charles explained every detail 3/23/2011

My husband and I are both senior citizens and purchasing a car is not as easy as it use to be. We went to Tom Holzer Ford because we had heard from another friend that salesman Charles Cleavinger would be very helpful and also take his time with us. Charles was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He explained every detail to us and assured us that we would be happy with our NEW FLEX... He was absolutely correct. Charles's personality radiates with intregity, concern and the true desire to make his customers feel comfortable with their decisions. Charles explained every detail to us and told us to call him at anytime if we needed help with any of the options that are sometimes difficult for seniors. We live approx. 20 miles from Tom Holzer Ford and we pass at least 5 other dealerships on our way to Holzer Ford so this is a mere example why we would buy again if Charles Cleavinger was our salesman..... Thank you Charles for taking such good care of us. more

Salesperson was Ron Block. Ron did a great job to meet my needs and requirements. Took time to go over the vehicle, explain and set up my Sync system. Very professional, expediant overall process. Will recommend him to others. Looking forward to dealing with Mr. Block in the future. more
