The Fountain Laser is a great, professional facility. Its stuff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I had my first laser treatment with them and was very scared before the procedure. They took the time to explain how it worked and answered all my questions. The equipment is also amazing! You will barely feel anything! I also liked the fact that they are open some some Saturdays because I have such a busy schedule during the week! On top of that, they call you a day prior to remind you about you appointment! I honestly recommend The Fountain Laser! If you are looking for a place to start your own treatment, don't hesitate to go with them!!! more

The Fountain is staffed by knowledgable people who enjoy what they do. Each visit was a pleasure, and the end result was worth it! The Fountain uses state of the art equipment, guaranteeing the results you want. I will be using The Fountain for all my future hair removal needs. more

Great place to go. 9/2/2011

Free parking is always a plus and it is conveniently located off the highway so it's a quick in and out experience. I've been 6 times and have never had to wait. They are excellent at being on time and always call the day before to remind me. Kerri is extremely professional, precise, and she is no rush to get the job done. She really does a great job with the laser. The laser works very well with removal and shoots a cool breeze with each pulse so it isn't very painful. The office and laser room are always very clean and well kept. I definitely recommend this place. more

I would reccomend several friends to Fountain Laser, my experience has been great. They make it very easy to fit around your schedule and you are in and out of there in no time! They do what they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Go to Laser Fountain Hair removal! more

Great friendly service 8/16/2011

Great place near Cumberland Mall. Kerri, the technician makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I was very nervous about having laser treatment done. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the procedure. I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. It's always clean. I have had laser treatment at a couple of other places, and I like the Fountain's equipment the best. There's some type of burst of cool with each laser burst, so it makes it more comfortable. I had a groupon, so the price was too great to pass up. I would like to go back here the next time I need laser. more

Not Nearly as Bad as it seems 7/26/2011

I was pretty hesitant about getting some hair removed in a choice spot, but was told that The Fountain had the best deals. When I got there, everything was explained to me in private, and then the session started. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but it's not like getting a massage either, of course. They have never been late for my appointment, they always call to remind me a day before, and the process is very quick. While Kerri is ""doing her job,"" she takes your mind off of what is happening by chatting about things. Besides being extremely clean, it's in a convenient location, as well (for me, at least). When I need to get this done again, I know who to call. You should too. more

The only place I need for hair removal. 7/16/2011

I have being using The Fountain for my laser hair removal over the span of the last 3 years and I have now done 5 different areas. I am so pleased with my results and the service I have consistently received there. They take me on time, its always clean and they treat me with respect and professionalism. Kerri is fantastic and very meticulous which I appreciate when it comes to getting every hair! I highly recommend them and this is the only place I would go and they are doing great deals right now also. more

I came across Fountain Laser Hair Removal on Groupon. It was one of my best Groupon purchases. It is a professional and clean environment and the laser process is as pain-free as it gets. I had laser done at other places before and after my experience with Fountain Laser, I know I don't need to try any place else any more. I would highly recommend it! more

Honest Review for The Fountain Laser Hair Removal 7/12/2011

I am near the end of my sessions with 2 separate companies for small area hair removal - both through Groupon Deals. In comparison, The Fountain has an easy access location with no parking fees. It looks like an older medical/business office and is not spa-like. Both technicians who worked on me were super nice and professional. The owner was very friendly on the phone. So far, the results from The Fountain are better than the other company. However, The Fountain is more strict about treating only one specific area and will not let you change areas whereas the other company let you switch (ie armpit to small bikini) - this could be their Groupon rule? Overall, its about the results, so I'm pleased with The Fountain. more

Successful treatment and great service 7/11/2011

This is my first year with a swimming pool in my back yard. So, I didn't want to be encumbered by shaving this summer. I was fortunate to get a half price deal early this year for The Fountain. Even if you don't have a deal, I encourage you to try laser hair removal at The Fountain. The staff is so professional, you will feel comfortable and confident. The treatment is not painful. I am about to have my third treatment of six. I really saw a huge difference after one treatment. I will definitely use The Fountain in the future, and encourage you to call them today. more

Awesome Results 7/11/2011

I recently completed my a whole treatment series for my underarms and started seeing results immediatly. Over the course of the year, the staff was always friendly and easy to work with, from making the appointments to the actual sessions themselves. I wasnt able to get in on the groupon deals as others did but it was still worth every penny even paying full price. I am loving this life without shaving and would definitely recommend the fountain! more

The Fountain Laser HR- Simply the BEST 6/23/2011

I originally went to my dermatologist for treatment on my lip, I found that it did not work and continued to experience regrowth. AFTER only three sessions at The Fountain I am already seeing an extreme improvement and am very pleased with the results. So much so that that I have now added my legs and bikini. I am SOO excited that I will no longer have to shave/wax these areas! The staff at the The Fountain is extremely professional, the office is very clean and they seem to always run on time they accomodate my busy work schedule without a hitch. LOVE THE FOUNTAIN :) more

Seriously delighted, amazed at not feeling any pain. I walked in not expecting to be told at how exactly the procedure worked and the results I could expect. Why? Because at another local laser hair removal spot I was not told, so I just laid there and thought my upper lip was going to burn off! It was so painful, I actually gasped but I was determined to finish the sessions. So when a friend said she was having some sensitive areas done and she didn't feel any pain, I decided I had to get over there asap, and haven't looked back! I can't decide what I love most the results, the technician or the fact that it is virtually painless! more

I just started another round of laser hair removal at The Fountain. I had previously done my bikini area and had great results. When I called to make my appointment, I was greated by a friendly voice and was able to get in at the time I wanted the very next week. When I arrived, I was greeted by the smiling staff in a clean and bright environment. If you want the best results and competitive pricing, The Fountain is definitely the place for you!. more

Well worth it 6/9/2011

Fantastic. Like many, found with Groupon. Had no trouble whatsoever deciding to do follow-up business with them and doing some larger areas that I had always wondered about. Mark meeted and greeted me on the first visit and assured my full understanding of the procedure- from there the courteous staff took over on my treatments. They are very pleasant and professional and the prices are competitive to be sure. Regarding the procedure itself, yeah it can hurt depending on your sensitivity, and yeah it can be a little pricey, but as a previous skeptic I can assure you that both the price and the pain (if any) are well worth it. If you've found yourself on this page, doing enough research to be seriously considering it, it is definitely time to schedule an appointment, I wish I wouldn't have waited so long- I have so much less hairy areas to worry about/shave and I look so much better with my shirt off! more

Very pleased 6/4/2011

I have been for 3 treatments (underarm area) and it has worked great. I just signed up to do the bikini area. The technicians are so nice and professional and the facility is very clean. I originally signed up through Groupon and was a little nervous about if the place was legit because the deal was so good and I couldn't be happier. My friend spent $800 for her underarms at a dermatologist and I spent 1/4 of that and got the same results at The Fountain. They always call and confirm my appts. and I have never had to wait - I am in and out and it is wonderful. more

I have been going to fountain laser for 3 months and I am very pleased with their service. They are very professional, always on schedule and it really works . I have now signed up for laser hair removal on another area. I highly recommend fountain laser hair removal. more
