The Fountain Laser Hair Removal

I purchased the groupon for The Fountain and have had a great experience. This is my first time getting laser hair removal, and I have been pleased with the results. Mark was very informative about the procedure and expectations. Kerri is great – very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait, and there was no problem when I needed to reschedule even when it was the same day. They really worked with my crazy schedule that includes full time career and going back to school. I don't see where people say the owner is creepy, he is very nice and respectful. I have been going to The Fountain for a year - I started with one treatment and was so happy I have since added a couple more areas. The hair stops growing after a couple of sessions! The staff is very nice, friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. They are knowledgeable and do a superb job. Treatments are much quicker than I expected and hurt a lot less than I imagined (and I have a very low tolerance to pain) - they use laser equipment that is top rated (I did my research prior to going). Overall, i've been extremely happy and have recommended The Fountain to many of my friends. more

Sadly, being from an Eastern European heritage makes laser hair removal a necessary evil for me. I just finished the last treatment on my upper lip at The Fountain. It's been a great six months. Everyone here is so great about scheduling, and everyone is just NICE! I highly recommend it and will be going back for more work. Now that I don't have a moustache, my goatee doesn't quite match my upper lip.... more

Do not waste your money on the Fountain! The manager is a slime ball!! He goes over this big speach when you buy your sessions and he is creepy. If he would have done that before BEFORE I paid I would have went somewhere else because I found him weird. He tries to get you to buy more sessions and when you don't he gets annoyed with you. When I first went in he was all smiles and welcoming, once I paid and went in for my 1st visit he came out of his office and did not even look at me! The laser tech is nice, but I do not think the laser works ..I had four sessions and no results! Please save yourself and go somewhere else! more

I first heard of The Fountain from a co-worker, who raved about the service and professionalism of the staff. When a Groupon became available, I jumped at the chance to have my first laser hair removal treatment at a discount. The office is small and not exactly a ""med spa"", but I was not looking to be pampered. The staff and owner really are what makes this place stand out. I saw the same esthetician and they used the same laser type for EVERY appointment, which was a big plus for me. It may not be important for an underarm treatment, but when getting a more private area lasered, you don't want to see a new esthetician each time you visit. Another big plus for me was the fact that the owner and staff remembered my name and made efforts to chat before or after the appointment, rather than just shuffle me in and out. Great customer service! They also run specials on various areas throughout the year, making it more affordable to have other areas treated. So far, I've had two areas treated by The Fountain and one area treated by another practice in town. I'll definitely be going back to The Fountain, once I save up some money to have my legs lasered. more

This is my second laser hair removal expereince. The owner went out of his way to explain the removal process to me. He was extremely informative which I appreciated and it gave me more understanding of the do's and don'ts and why they exist. However the problem I have with them is that their machine is old and it hurts more than the newer machine I know from another place in town. The customer service is good and there is generally no wait. Also the treatment has shown better results for me than the newer machine, it's just not as comfortable... more

This is a great place if you want to get effective laser treatments done. the staff is very professional and they are accommodating to your schedule. It's worth the drive if you live anywhere in the atlanta area. I highly recommend it :) more

I came to Fountain after purchasing a Groupon for 6 treatments of the bikini area. I found the owner to be very nice and he did a good job explaining to me how the whole laser hair removal process would work. For every treatment I had the same technician and she was very nice and made sure that I was comfortable. After all of my treatments were used, there were still a few little spots that werent completely gone and they worked with me to give me an extra treatment to fix the issue. Overall my experiance with this business was awesome and if I ever decide to get more laser hair removal I will come back to them. more

I had a groupon for my underarms for 6 treatments. There is hardly any hair left at all and they told me that if I write a review I will recieve a free touch up treatment to take care of the stragglers. :) I have been very pleased with the service and the employees. more

I was skeptical about trying laser hair removal, so I tried a groupon, figured $200 was not too risky. The initial consultation seemed pushy about upselling, to use all six treatments on one area (my underarms)... I was doubtful but agreed. After finishing my underarms, and signing up for a bikini and half leg too, I now know it is not upselling but the truth. After six treatments, 90% of the hair is gone but there are still a few stragglers that could do with the full 9 treatment course. I highly recomment this group of people who are friendly, knowledgeable and make getting lasered, fun. more

I have been very pleased with my results at the Fountain. I had 2 areas done, bikini and underarm. The staff is very friendly and professional. My only regret is that I didn't get this done years earlier. You will see noticable results and now that I've seen the difference, the Fountain is the only place I would go in Atlanta for laser hair removal. more
