This is my second laser hair removal expereince. The owner went out of his way to explain the removal process to me. He was extremely informative which I appreciated and it gave me more understanding of the do's and don'ts and why they exist. However the problem I have with them is that their machine is old and it hurts more than the newer machine I know from another place in town. The customer service is good and there is generally no wait. Also the treatment has shown better results for me than the newer machine, it's just not as comfortable...
