Do not waste your money on the Fountain! The manager is a slime ball!! He goes over this big speach when you buy your sessions and he is creepy. If he would have done that before ...

The staff at the Fountain are always very professional, caring, and best of all ON TIME. I hate waiting for appointments and in 8 appointments I have never been taken in late. It is very quick, in and out. I would recommend them for services. more

Great results! 11/29/2011

I just completed my treatments at The Fountain and I am very pleased with the results and the service. My technician, Kerri, was always friendly and efficient. I never had any trouble scheduling my appointments and almost always went straight back for my treatment as soon as I arrived, even if I was a few minutes early. I was never pressured or given a hard sell to purchase additional treatments. This was a fantastic Groupon purchase, and I would recommend The Fountain to anyone! more

Great deals available, amazing/accomodating staff 11/29/2011

Great place. Appointment times are flexible. Their machines are top of the line. Results are amazing and fast. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely go back. Looked at other bigger chains and they will rip you off. If you want it done safely, cheaply, and well, go hear and get your moneys worth. If you add up how much your will spend on waxing, shaving a year, you will soon realize how much of a deal this is and how worth it it is. They often have deals going on and groupons so just ask about discounts and they will try to work with you! Nothing but good things to say..... more

Great Groupon deal - will go back again 11/16/2011

I bought the groupon deal a while back and just finished my last session. I have nothing to say but positive things about the place. They are conveniently located, clean and friendly environment, great with scheduling appointments and also flexible, and the staff is great. Kerri and Lea are both very good at what they do and put your mind at ease. I am also very pleased with my results and plan to go back again to get another area done. more

Professional and effective!! 11/16/2011

I have just completed my sessions at the Fountain Laser Hair Removal. I wanted to wait to write a review until I finished. I used to wax before I considered doing a laser treatment. I was skeptical and a bit scared / leary that it would work. I am an educated woman and did my research on the best kinds of laser. Then I chose to go with The Fountain. I can honestly report that this is an excellent company! I was hoping for, and definitely received a high degree of professionality, of courtesy and of genuine care. In addition, the treatment is very effective! I saw results (major results) after the first time. This is a powerful laser they use and it has been such a great relief to me, especially all summer long when I hardly had to shave at all, this was before my treatments were even completed. My esthetician was Kerri Dooley and she is very thorough and of course very professional and nice too. I will be going back soon for more treatments on a different body area. For now, my life has just gotten a whole lot easier :) I would recommend this place with no hesitation. more

Great Service, Great Results 11/11/2011

I've heard the commercials on the radio for The Fountain for a while now, but the cost was always out of my budget. I saw the Groupon deal and bought it. I had some difficulties reaching someone to schedule my first appointment, but when I finally got someone on the line they answered all my questions and were very friendly. My first reaction to the office was that it was a little small and seemed fly by night. I met with Mark and he went over options to purchase extra packages. This happens everywhere, so it really didn't bother me. It was a little more painful that I thought, but the pain went away quickly. Kerri was great and was quick with doing the treatment. I've had great success and am very pleased with my results so far. If I had the money to do more areas I would in a heartbeat. I'm a very pleased customer! more

Great Groupon deal 11/10/2011

While I was little skeptical of the place after my first consultation with the owner, I am very glad I kept going back. Kerri, the technician, is wonderful! So friendly and easy-going. I had no trouble booking appointments and never had to wait. I started going here after purchasing a Groupon for 8 treatments for about $250. I don't know what the regular prices are, but with the Groupon, it has been worth it. I would definitely recommend The Fountain to friends. more

Great Results, Great Staff...Worth the drive! 11/9/2011

This was my first laser hair removal experience and I've had great results so far. Kerri was professional, informative and put me at ease. She made it quick and as comfortable as possible. I discovered them on Groupon and it was a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. more

Atlanta's Best Laser Hair Removal 10/19/2011

My experience at The Fountain has been awesome so far. The staff is great! They are very respectful, and they make me feel comfortable each and every time I get treatment done. The staff explains the process in detail and did not mind answering any question that I had. The Fountain's office is very clean and welcoming. I have had six treatments so far and my hair is almost completely gone! Also, the package I purchased was 6 treatments plus 3 complementary treatments. I have used another company for laser hair removal before I found The Fountain, and I have noticed a huge difference in the laser that both companies use. The fountain's laser is more powerful than the other company's laser that I went to. Also, the staff at The Fountain is way more thorough in killing the hair follicles than the other company that I went to. I highly recommend The Fountain to anyone that is interested in laser hair removal. You will not be disappointed! more

I am so glad I found the Fountain! I was skeptical at first about the whole process, but decided to try laser hair removal for my under arms. They were welcoming from the minute I stepped in the door and Mark told me how the procedure works and answered any questions that I had. The office is clean and they get you in and out quickly (not like other places!)\r Over the course of my treatments (6 months) I only had to shave 3 times. I would highly recommend The Fountain to anyone looking in to laser hair removal. more

loving my smooth face! 10/14/2011

I've always been super hairy... PCOS. and I'm hispanic... go figure! I finally decided to try out laser hair removal and I absolutely love the results. I haven't had to wax my sideburns or cheeks for 5 months, and I was a 1x week waxer for over 10 years. \r \r Kerri is awesome and I would definitely recommend The Fountain to anyone that wants to be relieved from the slavery of waxing. I can't wait to pick another area to treat!!!\r more

Great results! 10/7/2011

I started my laser hair treatments last December and just finished session number 8 - No more hair down there! I had good results after each treatment, but especially since visit #7 I haven't had to shave once! The results say it all. Now I want to pick another area to get laser done with Fountain! Flexible scheduling, great staff 9/20/2011

I received a Groupon to The Fountain Laser Hair Removal for the holidays last year and have been super happy with the experience. They're really flexible on scheduling, the staff is wonderful, I never feel rushed, and the results so far have been great. Kerri (the technician) always asks before turning the laser up a level to make sure I'm ok with the intensity, and they have aloe on-hand for a post-treatment cool-down. I'd definitely recommend The Fountain to anyone looking for a great laser place. more
