Everyone at the Fountain is so great! The staff is professional and thorough. They explain everything to you very well and are always polite. There are often specials and deals going on, so you can expect a good value for the service you receive. \r The only negative of my experience was that two times when I had an early morning appointment, the door was still locked because the employee wasn't there yet. Both times they were extremely apologetic, and I was still able to get my treatment done in time. \r Despite those two times, I'd still give the Fountain an A in my book! more

I really like this place; it is not presemptuous and does not make me feel out place!\r I appreciate the proffesionalism mixed with a spoonfull of warmth.\r Add to it a spoonfull of funny and you get Kerri and Leah.\r I would recommend this Spa and look forward to my daughter to be 18, so she can get her laser hair removal gift from me! more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and staff at The Fountain. They were very straight forward with me in the beginning and walked me through the steps of laser hair removal. I will admit I was a little nervous but after meeting with the Doctor and the technician, all my fears were put at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone. On top of it all...after four sessions I had little regrowth!!! It really does work!! I already have a following of friends that are looking forward to the same great experience and results I had from The Fountain! more

I am SOOOOO pleased with my results from The Fountain! I bought a Groupon for them and they never treated me like a 2nd class customer, which I have experienced at other places. \r \r After the 2nd treatment on my underarms I was simply amazed by how well it worked! After the 3rd session, the only time I had to shave was for the next session. \r \r They are fast, friendly, and very flexible if you are stuck in traffic! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and I have! more

I was very skeptical about the results I would receive from laser hair removal. After Mark sat me down and gave me the laser 101 class, I was convinced to try it out. And boy am I happy I did. \r \r For 20+ years I have been embarrassed about the hair on my back. After the 2nd treatment (out of 6), there was a 90%+ reduction - and growth since is pretty much non-existent. I was so happy with the results that I bought the back of neck package. All guys should do this! No more rat tail growing down the back of my neck. My wife is very pleased with the results too!\r \r Thanks to The Fountain Laser Hair Removal for running such a great business with friendly personnel at each and every visit. more

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable ,honest, dependable company for laser hair removal. I bought a groupon for 6 treatments and saw much better results than a previously treated area at a high end spa atmosphere. The staff is all very courteous and very timely. I knew I could always be in and out so I could easily plan it around my life. Great service with excellant results!! more
