Seriously delighted, amazed at not feeling any pain. I walked in not expecting to be told at how exactly the procedure worked and the results I could expect. Why? Because at another local laser hair removal spot I was not told, so I just laid there and thought my upper lip was going to burn off! It was so painful, I actually gasped but I was determined to finish the sessions. So when a friend said she was having some sensitive areas done and she didn't feel any pain, I decided I had to get over there asap, and haven't looked back! I can't decide what I love most the results, the technician or the fact that it is virtually painless!
