I have been to this Toyota service center many times and have given poor reviews due to the poor communication skills of my assigned service representative. This last service I was assigned a different representative, Matt, who displayed great communication skills and customer service. Thank you to whoever made this change. Matt was a joy to work with and called me promptly with service suggestions and upon completion of the service to my vehicle. At this point I'm not ready to recommend Toyota of Temecula, however, this visit was night and day different from my prior experiences. Winning me back slowly... more

upon arrival for service was met by a smiling and friendly service tech who promptly escorted us to the lounge and informed us when our vehicle would be completed. At the estimated time interval it was, with no surprises. You can't ask for anything less! more

I continue to bring my Toyota for service even though warranties are out of date because of the excellent service and reasonable prices. I find the green/yellow/red feedback report very helpful in keeping on top of current issues and potential problems in the future. more
