I have been to this Toyota service center many times and have given poor reviews due to the poor communication skills of my assigned service representative. This last service I was assigned a different representative, Matt, who displayed great communication skills and customer service. Thank you to whoever made this change. Matt was a joy to work with and called me promptly with service suggestions and upon completion of the service to my vehicle.
