THE TEAM WAS OUT OF SIGHT! 3/16/2014

We had no intention of purchasing our 2014 Toyota Tundra when we visited Toyota of Temecula Valley on February 27, 2014. However, not only did the truck sell itself, the Toyota of Temecula Valley team was out of sight! From the start Shawn R. treated us with class and patience. We drove every truck we felt would fit our needs until we landed on our purchase. Shawn was knowledgeable and forthright to tell us all we needed to know about our new baby without ever pressuring us or over-selling the vehicle. We loved him! Then, Allen M., finance manager, worked our deal to our satisfaction quickly. We recommend this dealership to friends, family and strangers! Go see these guys. If you don't buy from them it will not be their fault. more

Fast and Thorough 3/15/2014

I had an easy time making an appointment and the service was taken care of in less time than projected. Meanwhile, I enjoyed cookies and coffee in the lounge while I waited although there was a shuttle i could of taken to anywhere. more

Easiest buying experience ever! 3/15/2014

I walked into Toyota Temecula to look at a 2014 Prius C and and hour later was driving out with it along with a great finance rate! Gus was awesome and made it so easy! Not pushy just perfectly professional! Thank you everyone at Toyota Temecula for a great experience! more

Service Managers….ROCK 3/6/2014

My corolla has over 220,000 miles and the suspension was worn down. I requested the front and rear struts/shocks be replaced. My service manager, Karina, really helped me navigate the cost for parts and labor. More importantly, she was able to search and find discounts; which ultimately saved me $$ more

Amazing Service 3/6/2014

The service was amazing from the initial phone call. I was due for a 60,000 mile tuneup and was quoted a ridiculously expensive amount from Escondido that included a lot of "extras" but when I called Temecula, I was quoted 200 bucks less and it was the base that validated the warranty. I was impressed with their upfront honesty. The day of the appointment the shuttle from Toyota took me and my 3 kids back home so I wouldn't have to manage entertaining 3 small ones in the waiting room for several hours. Then they picked me and the kids up from my home and took us back to the dealership to get my now washed (for free) and tuned up car. From the service personnel, to the shuttle scheduler, to the drivers to the cashier; everyone was extremely kind and professional. I will return as long as I reside in Temecula. more

Had my car serviced for a major repair. Got vehicle back and still had a leak. Called Kevin immediately, he said bring the car back and gave me a loaner car until they fixed my cars issue. Turns out it was a simple fix from the previous repair job and Kevin handled it quickly and very professionally. Thanks again Kevin. more

The shuttle is a great service for customers who can't sit in the waiting room and wait for their car. And my car is always ready when they say it will be, if not before. I love that. more
