Work has always been excellent and complete. Haven't had reoccurring problems. Excellent techs up to this point. Had an issue with quality of work on a leather upgrade when I bought the car. They had sent it out to a vendor to do the work. They broke a plastic piece in the trunk area. Didn't notice this until way later. Brought it to the attention of the service writer when I had it in for approximately $400 of maintenance. It is a $15 dollar part. I didn't even demand that it be replaced as it had been quite some time as I hadn't noticed it before. All I asked is that they give me the part at their cost. What is that maybe $6 off. Can you believe he said no?!!! He offered 20% off which I could beat online. At this point obviously the cost won't break me, but it is a snapshot of his vision of customer importance. Would you expect this treatment to a customer that has bought the last 5 cars here along with thousands of dollars of service and a customer over 20 years. It makes me want to switch dealerships just in principle. Yes I did rate it 4 stars due to the techs. Would be 5 with better treatment from management.
