Scheduling the appointment was easy 1/15/2014

It started with the reservation that got me on the schedule that I wanted. 6:00 am on a saturday was great! Then, we went through the service which was adjusted to just what I needed. The staffs were very courteous and helpful! more

Good job, after a correction 1/14/2014

After having routine Toyota Service completed I discovered my tire pressure was done. After a phone call, in which the service man was very apologetic I returned to the business and the situation was corrected--again with apologies and an offer of a car wash. more

Great Service 1/13/2014

I live in Arizona and have family in Temecula so when I visit I have my service done there. The people are friendly and courteous. The service write took time to help me set up the Bluetooth phone in my truck. Would recommend them to every one! more

Had to take car in for oil change. They could of made it quicker though. I made an appointment, so figured would be in and out faster than an hour. But still good customer service. more
