i get my hair cut by Keilah and she is aaamazing. she has skills and is so full of love. she is not afraid to do some drastic change on your hair (if you want it of course) like my shortie bangs. she cuts your hair with confidence and she will not let you leave her chair until you are fully satisfied!!!! more

Best Haircut Ever!!!! 2/11/2011

Seriously...I won't go anywhere ever again! I have the thickest curliest hair and NO ONE has ever been able to really listen and understand (let alone achieve) the kind of haircut that actually makes you feel good about yourself. Trust me, I have been to all kinds of salons and I just couldn't find anyone who could take on my challenge. more

I won't go anywhere else! 2/9/2011

I've been going to Chere at Strata since shortly after she opened, so it's probably been about 10 years. I have difficult hair -- very thin and fine with tons of cowlicks -- and I've always been happy with my cuts there. She stays on top of the latest styles (just look at her, it's pretty obvious!) and can help you figure out how to make them work on you. She's even given me flatiron lessons. The new downtown location is beautiful, easy to get to, and even has some off-street parking. I also really like being able to book through Strata's website, especially when I think about it at 2 a.m. more

I feel very fortunate to have found Elizabeth as my stylist. When I moved to Spokane 3 years ago I would drive 2 hours to my previous stylist because I couldn't find a good one here. Then I found Elizabeth and have used her since. more

Chere Excellent Stylist 1/26/2011

I have lived in Spokane for 16 years and have had my hair cut in several of the high end salons in town by some of the ""best stylists"" . I was looking for a new stylist because I was tired of paying a lot of money for not so good cuts. Chere has cut hair twice now and both cuts were the best cuts I've had in years. She is definitely an amazing stylist. more

AMAZING HAIR & PEOPLE 1/18/2011

I went in for my hair cut and they were amazing! My sister and I both got there and they offered us drinks and we super nice to us. The are just smiles and warm welcomes you will not be disappointed. Elizabeth is the best ands down hair stylist she always wants you to be happy with your hair cut & I have never had a bad one from her. I tend to be a little undeceive and so she would help me figure out what is practical and what would work best for me. She never makes you feel awkward when she is cutting your hair and is always talkative. Just the best experience!! I will never go to another stylist! she knows what she is doing :) My hair always comes out looking fabulous! I get numerous complements!! GO TO ELIZABETH SHE IS FANTASTIC AND MAKES SURE YOU LOOK LIKE IT!!!! more

Best Salon in Spokane hands down!! 1/12/2011

From the smiles you get when you first walk in..... to the way the place makes you feel.. Chere and her staff get it.. the most important thing is you the customer .. they do the small stuff that others often miss... you will not be disappointed with the professional product, service and over all out come.. PERIOD !!! it's the small things that puts this place above the rest!!! I will never go anywhere else for that reason and i guarantee that you will feel the same way!!! more

Elizabeth is hands down the BEST stylist I've had 1/5/2011

Elizabeth is absolutely the best stylist who has ever done my hair. I am a very picky person....especially when it comes to the color of my hair. I am naturally a brunette but I love highlights. I am VERY picky though about the tone of blonde in my hair. Elizabeth is the only stylist who has ever been able to get my highlights perfect the first time. I usually have to go back in for a correction...but not with her. She is super friendly and really makes getting your hair done something to look forward to. I will not go to anyone else! more

There's a reason I followed Elizabeth over from another salon: she makes me look good. People might say that cutting a guy's hair is easy and all the same and blah blah blah, but I must say nobody makes my hair look as good as Elizbeth does. She's always very upbeat and conversational and I certainly look forward to my appointments. Do yourself a favor and let her work her magic on your hair. Also: ditto on the shampooing from the previous post. more

I guess I'm one of those rare guys who actually cares about a good haircut. It took me a long time of bouncing from one stylist to the next before I found Elizabeth and I'm hooked. I've had several awesome cuts with her so far and I won't be going anywhere else. Also it helps that she's super nice and funny. PS the shampoo/scalp massage is amazing almost put me to sleep. more

I just had the BEST haircut EVER!! Not only does she really understand how to cut a guys hair and do an amazing job, she also spoils a guy with hot towels! I came out looking great and feeling SO relaxed! I cant wait to go back, and next time im going to have her do a face shave for me! I cant wait!! more

I got my hair cut and foiled by Elizabeth. She did a fantastic job! She offers good suggestions and makes sure she knows what you want before doing anything. She has a super fun and bubbly personality so it makes your time in the chair entertaining as well. I HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth!!!! more
