Car buying can often be a pressure-filled situation - this was not. We let Guy know the type of vehicle that we were interested in purchasing and he found it. Financing the vehicle was easy. There were some delays in getting the vehicle to us from California, however it reached us in time and there were no problems more

Not satisfied 7/14/2011

When first shopping around for a vehicle, we were impressed with one of the salesmen that helped us find a vehicle. After going through the process and getting to know the the team i was very disappointed in the behavior of the people we go to for assistance in financing. There should be an age limit for those who wish to be a salesperson if they choose not to act in a professional manner, this is unacceptable , you would think that you would treat your customers with respect as your customers are the ones that refer you whether or not they purchase a vehicle from you. I had been looking for a truck for a very long time I was also looking for an s.u.v for the family. I ran into Tony last Friday and he explained to me that the best think for me to do was to get into them and just drive them, pretty simple concept. They had just gotten an avalanche in and tony told me that it wasn't clean yet but i could drive it to see what i thought, I loved it from the beginning i liked the comfort of an s.u.v yet i can still pop the back open and throw whatever i want back there. There wasn't much to negotiate as they gave me there best price up front with an extended warranty. I will most defiantly buy from them again thanks Springs Automotive Group and Tony :) more

The Salesman you were working with is no longer with us and with that transition sometimes comes bad follow up, due to the sales person not telling me what deals he was working. I am not trying to make excuses, I just wanted you to know what happened. Like my vehicle but a little disappointed with the service 3/21/2011

My husband and I purchased a vehicle and paid in full. The car needed a new windshield and we had asked for a tune up on the vehicle. This was on wednesday when we purchased the vehicle. We were told that all this would be done and that we could pick up the vehicle on friday morning. I called on friday and the windshield hadnt been put in. Mind you I live out of state so to wait longer was unacceptable. When I told them I was promised it by friday morning no one seemed to know. They finally called me friday night about 7:45 to let me know it was ready.I wasnt going to drive 35 minutes at that time to pick up my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday. I was promised a extra remote and was told they would program it. When they gave me the remote I was told they couldn't program it and gave me the remote anyways ( I took the remote to a place where I live in New Mexico when I got home and it took them all of two minutes to program it and I had to pay for that). Later that morning,I had to turn around halfway to my parents house(about 20 miles in) because I had no working brake lights. I called them and I took it back. I was told they were working when I left or so they thought. It was a brake switch that was bad. They did however fix that. By this time I was totally frustrated. I was NOT compensated for anything. I do not feel like the inspection was done on this vehicle and I know that the tune up wasn't done as it was/is still idleing ruff. I felt like once we paid cash that it didn't matter at that point as they sold a vehicle and got their cash. I paid them in full and they didnt have to wait for their money yet I had to wait extra days for my vehicle. You would think by paying in full that this customers vehicle would of been a priority. more

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse from these guys last year. Today I brought it back to trade in. I owed about 600 on the eclipse so they paid it off, and got me into a 97 mercury mountaineer for about 6000 w/payments I can afford. These guys are the greatest dealership in colorado springs in my opinion, and I will but all my cars here from now on. more

Well the people there are very nice, everything is very over priced and they told me they would give me an alignment and they never did. They will tell you anything to make the sale.
