My husband and I purchased a vehicle and paid in full. The car needed a new windshield and we had asked for a tune up on the vehicle. This was on wednesday when we purchased the vehicle. We were told that all this would be done and that we could pick up the vehicle on friday morning. I called on friday and the windshield hadnt been put in. Mind you I live out of state so to wait longer was unacceptable. When I told them I was promised it by friday morning no one seemed to know. They finally called me friday night about 7:45 to let me know it was ready.I wasnt going to drive 35 minutes at that time to pick up my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday. I was promised a extra remote and was told they would program it. When they gave me the remote I was told they couldn't program it and gave me the remote anyways ( I took the remote to a place where I live in New Mexico when I got home and it took them all of two minutes to program it and I had to pay for that). Later that morning,I had to turn around halfway to my parents house(about 20 miles in) because I had no working brake lights. I called them and I took it back. I was told they were working when I left or so they thought. It was a brake switch that was bad. They did however fix that. By this time I was totally frustrated. I was NOT compensated for anything. I do not feel like the inspection was done on this vehicle and I know that the tune up wasn't done as it was/is still idleing ruff. I felt like once we paid cash that it didn't matter at that point as they sold a vehicle and got their cash. I paid them in full and they didnt have to wait for their money yet I had to wait extra days for my vehicle. You would think by paying in full that this customers vehicle would of been a priority.
