Tony Vargas was my car salesman, he was excellent, fair and very helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted out of this truck. I would highly recommend him as well as Springs Automotive to anyone for buying a vehicle. Even the finance staff was informative and helpful! more

I wasn't satisfied with the service. 2/4/2011

Springs Auto took at least four hours to secure a deal on a vehicle and had to renegotiate the deal two or three times afterward, including going from paying off our trade in in-full to sticking us with paying $3000 on it on top of our vehicle price. We bought our vehicle a month and a half ago from them and they still haven't paid off the trade in. I am very dissatisfied with the service we had from Springs Automotive and will not recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. more

Great customer service, bent over backwards to help 1/27/2011

I started with a Subaru, that they had just got in and hadn't gotten inspected. Unfortunatly it ended up having a bad engine. They lent me a car to use while they shopped for another car that fit my specifications. They found me a nice jeep cherokee and fixed the minor repairs that were needed. I ended up getting a nicer car then the origional subaru for the same price. I am very thrilled and would like to mention that James (sales associate) and Oscar (manager) bent over backwards to get me in a nice vehicle! more

Straight-talking, Helpful and Professional 1/22/2011

I found Springs Automotive Group by luck searching the internet for car dealers in Colorado Springs. I recommend viewing their website - it's user friendly and you'll have a chance to "live chat" with someone if you have questions about any of the vehicles. When we visited the dealership Brandon, Tony and Oscar were helpful in guiding us through the process. They took time to understand our situation and worked with us to reach our goal. I would recommend this group to anyone! more

good cxperience 1/13/2011

i wasn't expecting to walk out of your dealership with a truck. The whole process went smooth i found a vehicle i liked at a fair price, and I was able to get financing even though I had poor credit. i will probably buy my next car there also and will recommend to go there for others. James and Lou were great and genuinly want to help the customer. The coffee is good also. Thanks more

Five Stars for the Springs 1/7/2011

After shopping several places, I ran accross Oscar(the sales manager)at Springs Automotive Group who helped educate me on car buying and trade in. I have never came in contact with a dealership who would offer their knowledge and honesty. They also had more new variety(including several full size pickups) than any other lot! Tony was my sales person and he made the experience pleasurable with hot coffee from the start. We were in and out in under an hour. I would highly recommend Springsautomotivegroup to new people in the area so they dont go through the hassle of trying to find an all around perfect dealership like I did. The only improvement I see is maybe a bell to ring once you leave Lou's office in finance 2007 Dodge Ram -Ron more

Awesome 11/21/2010

I had been back an forth to several places and one in paeticular, gerting the run around. I gave up on looking for a vehicle for about 5 months now so getting to work an anywhere else was a hassle. I walked into Springs Automotive once after calling an getting information only once and that very same day I left out of there with a vehicle. Not jusy any vehicle, but the one I actually chose. Great customer service, and excellent support there. I received a great deal with having not the best credit. I'd recommend this place to anyone in good or bad situations more

I purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from Springs Automotive Group and could not be happier with how I was treated. I saw it on the lot and fell in love with this truck. The miles were a little higher than I was looking, but their staff reduced the price of the truck to a great price that I just couldn't pass up. They took in my 2000 Buick Regal and gave me a very fair trade in value. Right at NADA's Trade in value. Their staff was very courteous and I had a great experience. I will make sure that I purchase my next vehicle from them. They deserve it. more
