Well the people there are very nice, everything is very over priced and they told me they would give me an alignment and they never did. They will tell you anything to make the sale. They are unable to answer simple questions like what is included in their 200 point inspection. But like I said the staff is very friendly and nice. RESPONSE FROM Springs Automotive Group: Lynne B~
Please accept my deepest apologies from our sales person to you for not following up with you to schedule a time to fix your alignment. We are an honest dealer who DOES follow through with our word and if we missed your alignment, I would be more than happy to have you come in and get that fixed ASAP.
