when I call the O_Premium water for any question they are very friendly and make sure I understand every thing before I get off the phone Im not very good with with my word but they understend what Im asking that make's someone like me want to Let all my friend 's to sign up for the drianking water with them.. Wow, something's fishy! I wrote a (neg) review in Oct/Nov 2008, and there were several others already posted at the time, now all I see for months are 4&5-star reviews? I thought this was a ""Neutral"" forum for actual customers to give true-story experiences and opinions based upon those experiences.\r How much is Owater paying to have these negative reviews wiped out? Looks like they're grabbing anyone they can find (or possibly just getting employees?) to write positive reviews when there is NOTHING positive about this company's service! \r \r Admittedly, the water (the electrolyte water) IS good; however,being flat-out LIED to and treated horribly does NOT compensate, even if the water had gold in it! Repeated calls to Cust. Svc and resulting promises to fix the problem from various representatives (Jennifer/Jessica (she refused to say her name clearly), Gertrude, Sandy), even with verifiable, dated emails to/from from Sandy as documentation--still NOTHING.\r \r In a reputable business, let's say you're overcharged. You bring up the problem, and they promise to fix it. The next month (hopefully) there is a credit for the overage, dated back to the day it was SUPPOSED to have been billed correctly. Not so here! Even after MONTHS of overbilling, even with PROVABLE dated emails, each person you speak to states the overbilling can be corrected ""as of today's date""...but then it still doesn't happen. When you talk to the next person, they still won't date the over-billing even back to the previous discussion with the other person, it is still, ""as of today's date""...and still doesn't change.\r Do you see the pattern here? Continuous over-billing, continual promises to have it fixed ""starting as of today"" and then when it DOESN'T get fixed, you call again and again it's ""as of today"". They have NO incentive to EVER fix the over-billing, because their policy is NOT to back-date the over-billing to correct what you've already been over-charged! WHAT A GREAT SCAM!! \r Pros: Electrolyte water Cons: Non-existent honesty & cust. svc. are deal-breakers!! more

We been using O -water since 04. At the very beginning my husband was sure we were just drinking average water from another average bottled water company and refused to drink it. Then one day he decided to give it a try after my family repeatedly told him to quit bein stubborn and try it ! His reply was "" fine ill try it ""! He said ' I cant believe I'm going to say this but , this water taste great ! Seriously my family cant get enough of this water. Even with the tough economy situation i have thought maybe we could cut back cost by cutting the water. but the family assures me thats not something we can do without, and i agree. Pros: I have always had good service and when a problem arises they have been quick to reply. Cons: none more

great water. Bad service takes along time to get through on the phone. Takes a long time for them to get to the house when is something wrong. The Esio cooler is bad. We have gone through 3 of them in 3 months. Like the water but not the Esio cooler. Pros: Good water Cons: price and the amout of time it takes to fix the problem more

We have tasted all the brands and for home delivery this is the best tasting water in Arizona, hands down! They are the ONLY water company for this family, and I even got my friends in on the deal once they tasted it! One low fee each month, and unlimited water. We use it for cooking, animal water dishes, ice cubes...its that great! The downside of O Premium is the service. They have certainly not lived up to my expectations, but I see potential for improvement and it seems to be on the upswing. I say try it and you decide! Have used O Premium for over 4 yrs. Love the no spill bottles, makes the changing of bottles much easier. Delivery & customer service have been great!! Would recommend to anyone. more

I would recomment OPremium Water to everyone. They are always friendly and they keep their word about deliveries. They continue to be the leader in up to date water products and actually listen to what their customers want. more

Wow I feel bad writing this because everyone else says such good things.\r \r I only signed up a few months ago, for cooler water and bottles of water. After the first month they charged me extra for the sports bottles of water that was supposed to be included in my contract. I called and they saw the problem and they would make sure the driver drops it off the next time. Next time came and no bottles. I call they say they will fix the problem again...next time came no bottles. Today December 12, 2008 is the third time and AGAIN no sport bottles. I emailed a pretty harsh email this morning with the options to drop off bottles by 5pm or end my service. I'm hoping they fix this. Pros: Good water Cons: No delivery is as agreed more

Living in the desert, you learn quickly that bottled water is a necessity! Initially I did not think about the quality of water I purchased, just the price. O Premium showed me the difference in quality!! A water quality test that took only a few minutes left no question of the quality of its water and the total lack of quality in the water I had been subscribing to for two years! As a valued customer I must say that O'Premium Waters has been a great investment in my busy life. The water you provide my family and I have been excellent. The delivery date changes we have been experiencing need to be addressed, however the service is great and the water is awesome. Thank you for your business and service. I just wanted you to all know that when calling about a issue i had with my deliver and making sure it would be fixed for next month was great. the person who helped me saw that i did call to make a change and it just didn't get added in. she was helpful and told me she took care of it and i would be recieving it in the mail. i love your service and products. keep up the good work. more

I missed a delivery Date for O Premium Waters & called the customer assistance for help. Usually there is a fee for an extra delivery date, but the gentleman I spoke to named David was very nice, apologetic & kindly excused the delivery fee for me. He made my experience feel very personal & that was very much appreciated. Everyone I've ever spoken to at O Premium Waters has the same friendly attitude! They are wonderful to work with. I've delt with other contracts where if something happens you are just out of luck and the customer service is terrible. But with O Premium Waters I had a sitituation come up with a death in my family and I missed my delivery date. When I called O Premium Waters customer service and explained this they sent my wated out the next day at no additional cost to me. And the customer service rep. was exstreamly nice and geniune which is hard to come by with c.s. reps. I would recommend O Premium Waters to everyone. Pros: Everything more

I HAVE BEEN USING O'PREMIUM WATER FOR THE PAST 2 YRS. MY SISTER RECOMMENDED IT AND SO DID MY BROTHER IN LAW. THEY LOVE IT. I HAVE IT WITH THE ESIO SYSTEM IT IS THE COOLEST WATER MACHINE I HAVE EVER USED. WHEN I WANT A HOT CUP OF TEA I DON'T HAVE FUMBLE AROUND WITH AN OLD TEA POT,AND BOIL WATER. AND HEAT UP THE KITCHEN. I've been a user of O Premium Waters for a while now and have had nothing but great service. With the taste of the valley's tap water being pretty much disgusting, and bottled water being priced so high O Premium Waters is a great alternative and very convenient. \r \r With the price being about 35 dollars for all I can drink water that means my pets also get to enjoy the clean refreshing taste of O Premium. \r \r If you're in the valley, O Premium waters is a MUST.
