Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

I have had better sports massages. She was very kind, but not as deep tissue as was asked of her. I must say, that the past two times I have been in the spa was very dirty. Big hair clogs in the showers (gross), dirty towels overflowing, and the bathrooms were not well kept. This time the spa was in good shape. more
