Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

the facility is wonderful offering many extras to make the day special. My only complaints wre that I was let loose in the back and didn't know where to go and my massage was painful. more

I've been going to Spa Gregories for about 2 years to get a brazilian bikini wax. I've been waxed by several of the ladies there, and must say that Liz is hands down THE BEST!! She makes you feel SO comfortable, she's super fast, and does an amazing job. I'll never go to anyone else ever again for a brazilian wax! more

NEVER AGAIN!!! 3/28/2011

Service was horrible! The front desk girls had attitude! Treated me like I was beneath them. I heard that the Newport spa had horrible service but I wanted to make my own judgement and sure enough what I heard was right. I spent over $500 for absolute crap. I recommend the RSM location! Their staff will pamper you and make you feel welcomed. more

I love this cute spa. I had an amazing - I repeat, amazing massage there. And, later, an amazing facial. I am a big fan! I feel relaxed and spoiled everytime I go there . . . and I think that is what it is all about. :) more

I had the signature facial and the lavender mani-pedi services. I loved the miracle brush and how clean my face felt afterwards. So refreshed! My nails& toes look really pretty too. more
