Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

Convenient, great price, wonderful staff 4/10/2011

I've been to Spa Gregorie's a few times now and always have a wonderful experience. It's very relaxing, convenient, services are reasonably prices and the staff is always friendly. My last massage was arguably the best - I asked for a Swedish massage with a little extra pressure in certain areas and my therapist knew exactly what I needed. She knew so much about the body, I felt like I was in great hands! more

Very friendly and customer service oriented staff! Tami is amazing!!! From the beginning of the deep tissue massage to the end she made sure I was ok. I'll be requesting her in the future. more

Unfortunate experience 4/9/2011

I don't think the person who gave me my massage had any formal training. She didn't work on the knots in my neck, didn't seem to know where my muscles where because he didn't massage them much, and poked me really hard in sensitive areas. I literally cringed at one point. The question might be, "did you give her direction and feedback?" I would have had to do that for 45 minutes out of the 55 min massage. I just find it hard to believe that the person who worked on me had any training at all. more

Outstanding deep tissue massage and some of the best massage therapists in the industry. I have been a customer for many years and consider the spa to be extremely well run, clean, professional & outstanding staff/therapists. A great place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Customer feedback is always welcome and the spa management utilizes feedback to ensure a great customer experience. more

Spa Travelocity Deal 4/6/2011

Deal was great but didn't realize that the price we pay was also the the price for our disservice. We're only 2 clients at that day but nobody really took care of us. We're left to figure out what to do or what's next. Therapists seem bored and perhaps hate their jobs as they didn't want anything to do with us. We felt taken for granted. Amenities are bare close to none. Shampoo dispenser is broken and no attendant to help. Amenities in the changing room is lacking as well from face towels, proper lighting to lotion dispenser. It really gave us a very bad impression of the Spa as well as the Fairmont Newport Beach hotel. The hilarious thing is -- it's mandatory to give them 18% tip for a disservice. more

Happy Mama to be 4/6/2011

Jessica was an amazing delight! I did the fassage, massage and facial combo. She was fantastic with both and knew how to deal with a very pregnant lady! Her personality was off the charts and I must say that I wish I could take her home with me :) I think I might treat myself to another one before delivery day!! more

Massage at Spa Gregorie's Newport Beach 4/6/2011

I have been going to Spa Gregorie's for 11 years and this past visit wasn't as relaxing as the past visits. There were staff members talking in the halls, the women's lounge was not stalked well ie. towels, washcloths. My massage was OK, I've had better. They do not honor the giftcards from Costco for their specials that they have. Maybe it's time to check out another Day Spa! more

I have received facials and waxing services, and each time I go in, everyone is very friendly and the spa is very clean and high quality. I would recommend this spa for everyone. more

Prenatal Massage 4/5/2011

LOVED my prenatal massage that I got on April 2, 2011. Lisa B was my massage therapist and she really made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. I defineately recommend this massage if you are pregnant. The only thing that was noticable was the ladies locker room was a tight squeeze. Not a lot of room in there if more than 3-4 people are in there. more

Therapist was very nice and massage was relaxing. HOWEVER, I was distracted by the "ticking" of the clock in the room. Suggest that you replace the clocks. more

Very good as always 3/29/2011

The only thing that bothered me was the "quiet" room. It was not quiet. Three ladies had a conversation first and after they left, an older lady decided to sit in your massage chair. For fifteen minutes, all I heard was the beeping of the chair as she wanted to get just the right setting. Very irritating. more
