I go to a spa once a month so I have come to expect a basic level of comfort and amenities, like having water and tea available. And at least a working key for my locker. However, I was pretty surprised to find an empty water dispenser and missing in the waiting room that still hadn't been refilled after my 90 minute massage. There were tea bags but no hot water anywhere during my 2 hour visit. I also had to return my key for a new locker that worked. My new locker was in a 2 foot wide hallway where at least 6 greasy naked women sqeezed by while I was trying to undress for my treatment. I think I was particularly irked by these things because I was stressed out and dehydrated, which is why I was there in the first place. My massage was great but returning to a still empty water jug and missing tea pot sent me packing immediately afterward. Not sure I will be back. I think the entire experience is important-- not just the treatment.
