Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

Tina is just great! While she knows the electrolysis is going to hurt, she helps you through it and, while it takes time, the results are wonderful. more

What happened to customer service? 6/7/2011

I was looking forward to a calm, stress-free day at Spa Gregorie's Newport Beach, unfortunately, this did not happen. The apricot scrub was wonderful, but after being left in the quiet room for over 45 minutes, I was told that my appointment had not been scheduled with a massuese. No apologies, nothing, until I complained to several people. Once everything settled down, they were very nice, but really? I expect to be treated well from the onset. more

Needs more staff to take care of the little details 6/5/2011

Spa treatment was wonderful and facility is beautiful inside. However, there was not enough staff to check clients in and keep the facility clean and stocked with toiletries. Dirty towels were piled above the top of the basket. With more staff I'm sure these issues could easily be solved. more

I brought my husband here for our anniversary. We purchased the spa massage for two. I initially thought that we were going to be in the same room but I was wrong. My husband enjoyed his massage and I thoroughly enjoyed my maternity massage. We will be coming back! more

I've been coming here for 4 yrs now and I've always had a great experience. They create a very nice, relaxing atmosphere, the facilities are clean, and the staff are always very friendly. If you're going here for a massage, I recommend Patty C. She does an awesome job! more

Excellent fassage with Lanae. She is fabulous and I request her each time I get a fassage. It was so good I nodded off. That's a sign of a relaxing facial and massage. more
