Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

Jessica, my masseuse was wonderful! Really enjoyed her and she gave me some great tips post massage and post work out. Enjoyed the steam room afterward though I wished it was hotter and steamier. more

there's so much that Spa Gregorie's does right! Love the serene atmosphere, quiet room, showers, steam, locker room with all the amenities, and the services are fabulous! I go to Spa Gregories for massage and/or facial and couldn't be happier! it's my "go-to" spa! Jessica and Patty B are the best! more

Spa Gregories 8/30/2011

I go to spa Gregories often. I always have a five star fabulous experience. This time I chose to go on Sunday. It was extremely crowded with ladies pushing and squeezing through the locker room. Also the steam room was not filling with steam. We told a worker but nothing was changed. It was almost cold in there!! I always have a more than five star experience at spa Greg, but I'm going to have to give it 3 1/2 stars this time. What made it fabulous was Ivan, my masseuse. Next time I will be requesting him. He was awesome. I usually go during the week and hope it isn't as crowded next time. Overall my massage was great and that is all I care about! Thanks! more

Question of Feeling 8/29/2011

I have been a Guest before at Spa Gregories it had been a long time I really enjoyed my quiet time before the Massage. I was enjoying my massage until I had a strong pain in my upper shoulder and into my lower neck. I voiced this pain to my therapist she rubbed it for a second and then countinued her rooutine at this time my tension was high because I was already in pain what was it going to feel like later. I was disappointed that I was not asked how it was feeling before I left the room but I did not want to make my enjoyment of going to the "Spa" to be negative in thinking. I was not able to do much on Saturday.I did ask for light touch Swedish Massage I felt like it was more like a deep tissue. I did speak up but this did not change anything. The gratiuty reflected my disappointment being only 5% of what she would of received. more

Could Have Been Much Better 8/29/2011

My daughter and I spent an afternoon at Spa Gregorie's in Newport Beach. We were underwhelmed by the tight (cramped) and dark facilities. We had massages, pedicures, and facials and brow waxes. I hate to admit it, but we have had more satisfying services at the local "don't speak English" shops. For the price, SG is not worth the money. I would stay with the well known spas such as Vdara (Vegas), Burke Williams, etc. more

The overall experience of my facial was good. The facialist was very nice and did a great job and my skin looks wonderful. The only complaint I have in regards to the spa itself is the "quiet room". I'm a repeat customer at Spa Gregorie's and I really enjoy the quiet room- WHEN it's quiet. The website and brochure claim for this area to be very peaceful and relaxing and that customers are asked not to talk while in that room, however, this is not enforced. When I went for my facial I came in about half an hour early so I could enjoy the quiet room- I was deeply disappointed when two women proceed to chat and laugh the ENTIRE time. Several employees walked by during this time, and none of them said anything to these women. I find that irritating because it's supposedly this "quiet oasis" but it's often ruined by rude people. I've had this experience, sadly, almost every time I go to Spa Gregories. more

Nice spa..just a little "tight" in recp/check in area and shower dressing room area. Would defintively re-visit when am in the area. Therapists were very knowledge. more

I came to Spa Gregories for pain relief, as well relaxation. My therapist was so professional & caring. She listened carefully to my aches & pains, then applied her gental, therapeutic touch. Everyone from making the apppointment to checking out was just delightful. Thank you Spa Gregories! more

Arcona Enzyme Facial 8/23/2011

The enzyme facial with Tammy Cook was absolutely amazing and completely helped even out my skin. Tammy is so knowledgable about skin care and all of the products/services at the Spa that I completely trust her recommendations on what is best for my skin- and she has never let me down! She is warm, caring, professional and has a way of making you comfortable like you have been lifetime friends. I would recommend her to anyone- every time I've gone for a facial with her I leave truly glowing-looking and feeling amazing!! more

I was so pleased with my first visit to your spa. It had a wonderful relaxed feel...just what the doctor ordered. I loved Virginia she worked on my shoulders and neck. Where I carry most of my stress. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will certainly return and refer my freinds and family as well. more

The Spa is so nice. Everyone is helpful and polite. They are informative and very well trained. Best Microdermbrasion I've ever had. Mona was very professional and they have great products. My Massage was just what I needed after traveling for a week. Recommend Highly. I should have been going here a long time ago. more

ULTIMATE FACIAL 8/21/2011

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it to. My face feels oiler now not so clean and my pores still feel a little clogged. My massage in the past was nice.. I would definitely go back for one again. I am having my eyelash appointment with MARA.. hopefully that will be a better experience than my facial. more
