Review content:
The overall experience of my facial was good. The facialist was very nice and did a great job and my skin looks wonderful. The only complaint I have in regards to the spa itself is the "quiet room". I'm a repeat customer at Spa Gregorie's and I really enjoy the quiet room- WHEN it's quiet. The website and brochure claim for this area to be very peaceful and relaxing and that customers are asked not to talk while in that room, however, this is not enforced. When I went for my facial I came in about half an hour early so I could enjoy the quiet room- I was deeply disappointed when two women proceed to chat and laugh the ENTIRE time. Several employees walked by during this time, and none of them said anything to these women. I find that irritating because it's supposedly this "quiet oasis" but it's often ruined by rude people. I've had this experience, sadly, almost every time I go to Spa Gregories.
