I have been a Guest before at Spa Gregories it had been a long time I really enjoyed my quiet time before the Massage. I was enjoying my massage until I had a strong pain in my upper shoulder and into my lower neck. I voiced this pain to my therapist she rubbed it for a second and then countinued her rooutine at this time my tension was high because I was already in pain what was it going to feel like later. I was disappointed that I was not asked how it was feeling before I left the room but I did not want to make my enjoyment of going to the "Spa" to be negative in thinking. I was not able to do much on Saturday.I did ask for light touch Swedish Massage I felt like it was more like a deep tissue. I did speak up but this did not change anything. The gratiuty reflected my disappointment being only 5% of what she would of received.
