Nicole provided one of the best massages I've ever had!

Worst

Overall my "ULTIMATE FACIAL" was as good as one at ULTA Cosmetics. I would have liked a lot more exfoliation and the featherlike massage on face did not feel how I had expected it...

rough to relaxing 3/8/2011

The check-in staff seemed very unorganized and it caused a back-up of people in the front lobby. To add to that even though I had confirmed mine and my mother's appointments at the same time, the person at the front desk said there was no appointment for my mother. Thsi was my mother's first time at SG and I was treating her for her birthday and to have someone tell us that she doesn't have an appt was disappointing. She was fit in, she really enjoyed her treatment and my massage was fantastic. more

Very professional - elegant and comfortable. Curteous Staff. Loved my 90-minute massage. The lounging area is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. Very nice "touches". Wish the ladies dressing room area was larger. A bit difficult when it is crowded to shower, make up, dry hair, etc. when there are other people waiting to use this part of the spa. Very happy with the spa in general and it was worth the trip from San Francisco! more

I like Spa Gregory, and have been there on several occations. This last visit was for my friends b-day. We set 3 appt., I requested a female therapist, but I like strong messages. My experience was not satisfying. I ended up in the worst room right next to the lounge and the window facing the street, so I can hear all the cars going by. Not so relaxing. I would rate my therapist a 3 out of 10. I left stressed. :( more
