I was very happy with the service other than the fact that it took several days for Panasonic to ship the parts to fix the tv.

First of all, Robert was a pleasure to have as a customer, but he was right!
It *did* take a long time to get these parts.
We ordered them the same day we went to his home, five days later we got two of the three parts needed, then seven days later we got the last one.
It's always embarrassing for us to have to wait this long for parts, as it makes us look very bad. I'm glad we got it fixed, but it sure would be nice if we didn't have to wait so long.
