Van Hartenstein was our service tech for the last several days. We had to order two parts: one for the oven and one for the fridge. He was persistent in keeping up with our orders and making sure they were installed quickly when they came in. He definitely knew his stuff and if he didn't know something, he found it out and let us know later. Very impressed!
