Review content:
Had to call for additional repair for our refrigerator due to a leak in line to ice maker. Pleased to say the truck roll fee was not charged since we were still within the time period of the first service. Service was efficient, quick amd clean.
RESPONSE FROM Service Care, Inc.:
Van (our technician) spoke very highly of this customer, and I'm sure he felt bad that their water supply line developed a leak just a few months after we replaced the water valve in their refrigerator. Just bad luck really, but easy to fix and we were glad to do it.
Hopefully it will continue to run like new for a long, long time, but we'll be here if it doesn't.
