After recently finishing/painting our basement walls, we discovered a somewhat minor flooding issue that seemed to be getting worse fast. We researched reviews of a few companies and liked what we were reading about Roto Rooter enough to give them a call. At 3pm in the afternoon, they were able to send someone out that night between 8p-11p. We are expecting our first baby in June and were disappointed to have to miss our childbirth class that evening (RR wasn't able to schedule us for the next available overnight time block due to the volume of calls) but it was something that needed to be addressed ASAP. Technician Chris arrived a little before 9pm and stayed for what turned out to be a 3 hour job. He informed us we were one of his first solo service calls and had recently completed training. Chris was very kind, thorough, informative, and overall did a great job. He said he had never seen the kind of root growth in pipes that we had so we definitely gave him a run for his money. I had a shower drain that was clogged. I'm talking nothing going down for about 2 days. I had tried all of the things a normal home owner would try and a few things from Home Depot. Nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter the afternoon of 3/22 and within 30 minutes of making the call, Dave and his apprentice were at my house. It took them no time to clear the drain. I wish I had called them sooner. Saves a lot of aggravation having a professional complete a job instead of a ""jack-of-all-trades"" guy like myself. Highly recommend Dave from Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues more

We called around and no one could send someone out until afternoon...EXCEPT Roto-Rooter. They sent us an experienced plumber who assessed the situation and completed the repair quickly and competently. Their fees were reasonable and we could not be more pleased. more

Roto-Rooter saved us! After a bad experience with another plumbing company, we brought in the gold standard (and they don't charge extra for after hours calls), and we got the best service and a solution to our problem that no one else was able to diagnose. Danny was very helpful and friendly - he spent several hours attempting to clean out our main sewage line. When he realized there was more to it than a clean-out he immediately decided to call in another set of eyes. The following morning James came out and with his 24 years of experience with Roto-Rooter. He worked on the line for 2 hours before confirming the issue was much more than he could see with the camera. He was honest with us, went over all the known and potential problems and presented us with all of the solutions, not just the most expensive ones. Most importantly, he treated us like he cared what happened with our house. If you have a serious sewer line problem, do not waste time looking for a cheap deal - just call a company you can trust and rely on - and their prices are competitive. Will keep you posted on the dig!\r more

Called Roto-Rooter from in Cincinnati Oh area because I had a backed up sewer drain. They were great in getting to my home in a timely manner and were knowledgeable and courteous. I especially liked how they cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the area where they'd been working. They were reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again. more

We called Roto Rooter in Cincinnati first thing this morning as our laundry tub was not draining. The plumber was here in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional, spoke with us regarding our issue and told us the cost for the service of removing the clog in our drain. He cleared our drain, cleaned up and we were done in about an hour. No more clogged drain! We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future. more
