Roto-Rooter saved us! After a bad experience with another plumbing company, we brought in the gold standard (and they don't charge extra for after hours calls), and we got the best service and a solution to our problem that no one else was able to diagnose. Danny was very helpful and friendly - he spent several hours attempting to clean out our main sewage line. When he realized there was more to it than a clean-out he immediately decided to call in another set of eyes. The following morning James came out and with his 24 years of experience with Roto-Rooter. He worked on the line for 2 hours before confirming the issue was much more than he could see with the camera. He was honest with us, went over all the known and potential problems and presented us with all of the solutions, not just the most expensive ones. Most importantly, he treated us like he cared what happened with our house. If you have a serious sewer line problem, do not waste time looking for a cheap deal - just call a company you can trust and rely on - and their prices are competitive.
