Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter plumbers:\r Our guy did an excellent job- we had a back up in the bathrooms and water was going everywhere- We called Roto Rooter on a late Monday afternoon and he was there in a jiffy- not only that but he went above and beyond we live on an incline in Westlake so to get to out clean out is a challenge ( this happened b4 3 years ago and :those" people wouldnt even think of going down the hill. Well our guy carid his 500 pd machine to the clean out and actually showed me the 8 foot of roots he was pulling out- He was nice adn even found a pipe that needs to be fixed - yes we will use Roto Rooter again:) more

I called Roto-Rooter after talking with no less than three other plumbers in the area that could not work me into their schedule until at least the following day. Roto-Rooter took my call, had a technician at my house within the hour who was knowledgable, fast, efficient, clean and professional. The work came in under estimate (how often does that happen!), and most importantly, it was done right with a guarantee. I will make them my first call if ever I have another plumbing need! more

We just called this morning at 8:30am because our disposal was stuck. Within 30 minutes Roto Rooter had sent Mark out to fix the problem. He explained everything thoroughly after solving the problem and even gave us some great tips to avoid the situation happening again. This is the second time we have called out Roto-Rooter to our house. The first time the job was completed 100% to our satisfaction and this second time, (for a completely different problem) the work was completed 100% to our satisfaction. The gentleman who worked on our problem was extremely knowledgeable, nice and explained the problem and the solution. We were very skeptical to call a plumber on Memorial Day, even Roto-Rooter who claimed to not charge extra for holidays and offered a free estimate. After 2 days of not being able to do dishes or laundry, we decided to call and we are so glad we did. David, tech # 192-315, arrived just 45 MINUTES after we called and was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond the call and it was clear he truly cared about doing a great job. He used the camera to find the blockage and made sure we were flowing better than we ever have since moving in 5 years ago. He had given us a reasonable estimate before starting the job and charged us exactly what he quoted. We were expecting it to be much more on a holiday. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. more

Called others and they could not come out till next week. Called Roto-Rooter Saturday afternoon and within an hour she showed up. She crawled into a 9 square foot hole under furnace and stopped all the leaks to the manifold. Thank you Margaret. more

I called Roto-Rooter after the main water line at my house burst. The great experience with the company began with the initial conversation during my call to request service. The young woman on the phone was asking me several questions that I was unable to answer, however she did not get frustrated and took the time to explain it in terms that would help her determine the true problem and send out the right person for the job. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning and not only did the plumber arrive on time, but the company called me 30 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way.\r \r The plumber was professional and took the time to call me over and show me exactly what the problem was and walked me through how he was going to fix it and the cost. The plumber was professional and worked quickly. My repair was completed and I now have running water.\r \r My entire experience with this company has been wonderful. Ben was exceptional in installing our kitchen faucets and making sure everything was perfect before he left. He took the time and effort to make sure his work was top notch.
