This is the second time we have called out Roto-Rooter to our house. The first time the job was completed 100% to our satisfaction and this second time, (for a completely different problem) the work was completed 100% to our satisfaction. The gentleman who worked on our problem was extremely knowledgeable, nice and explained the problem and the solution. I would call Roto-Rooter again if I needed plumbing service with a guarantee.
