they were able to come quick, which was fantastic. but $200+ for an hour's work to snake a drain seemed excessive. the work was fine, but I thought pricey for such basic plumbin...

Rotor-Rooter Austin Texas. Response was good and the plumber Ken was professional. Corporate scheudling called several times keeping informed of their service status. In addition a final call was made to assure was home and that the technican was enroute. I will use service in the future more

Root-Rooter Plumbers 2-15-2012 2/21/2012

We live in Austin and recently needed a plumber for a clogged washing machine drain. I called to make an appointment and it was about 2pm. They said someone could come by 6. Same day, wow, I was impressed. When Alex came he was very friendly and professional. He also came about 2 hours later. Perfect. He was very thorough and nice to my children who were bombarding him with questions. He fixed the clog and it is draining great. Thanks roto rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/17/2012

Our main water pipe busted in our yard causing a small flood. It was obvious we needed a plumber after digging and finding a tree root had caused the problem. We searched online and found that the Roto-Rooter of Austin, TX had great prices, free estimates, coupons, and fast service. We placed a call to them around 11am and their plumber Mark was there by 1pm. He was really informative and helpful in the situation. Our problem was fixed in a short period of time. Great Service, we will call them again! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers/ 1-22-2012 1/24/2012

I returned home this weekend to a water leak in the garage. Although it was an inconvenience, I was pleased to find Roto Rooter of Austin made service calls on Sunday. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and his professional manner. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter of Austin to my friends. more

Worst/no service 1/6/2012

Spoke with Earl Johnson several times about a major plumbing issue that we had to shut our water off for. He gave us a 5 hour window that we would get serviced. When our 5 hour window passed, no one called. Every hour we called and a ""technician"" was just finishing and on their way. Two hours later the same statement. No apology and no service. We canceled and called Austin Drain and Air and they sent someone out within the hour. more

Excellent Customer Service 12/23/2011

Called Roter Rooter last night.With both bath toilets and tubs backed up,me in distress and totally frustrated,Alexis from Roto Rooter came. Boy did this guy help me thru this disaster.Did an excellent job.Called again this morning because the machine left rust spots in the driveway.Immediately they sent Jerome out.This guy literally scrubbed my driveway on his hands and knees.Altho' I couldn't go home for the holiday because of the unexpected expense of it all,these guys were simply great.I would say that was Excellent service.Wouldn't u?. more

I had a water emergency on a Sunday afternoon and needed a plumber. Roto-Rooter of Austin responded quickly and provided wonderful service. The plumber that was assigned to my case was very nice and knowledgeable. The dispatcher was also very helpful. more

This was my first time using Roto-Rooter, and I have to say, I was astounded at the customer service! As a new homeowner in Austin, this was the first time I've ever needed a plumber, and the Roto-Rooter technician that came to my home was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The thing that most impressed me was the speed with which they were able to arrive. After my initial call, I had a technician at my house in less than 30 minutes!! Then, when I scheduled an appointment for later, the dispatcher went out of her way to call me -- just to give me an update! Customer service like that is just so rare nowadays! I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the reasonable price, and will certainly recommend Roto-Rooter to any of my friends that are homeowners. more

When we first had a serious drain problem, the service was immediate and very efficient. The plumber gave qan excellent explanation of what had occurred and what would be necessary at that moment and in the near future. The subsequent service was equally efficient and resassuringly provided by the same technician. We are most impressed with the professionalism as well as the quick response here in Austin,. more

I used roto-rooter twice in the past two years and have been very impressed with their plumbers. they came out late at night and showed up very quickly. they solved the problem for a reasonable price and what impressed me the most is how careful they were to not ruin any of my stuff. You would have no i dea that they had to dig up my flower bed or remove my toilet when they were all done. I would highly recommend them more

December 18, 2010 - I would begin researching & interviewing Plumbing Companies to make a decision about my Water Heater.\r \r I set up an aptmt w/ Roto-Rooter first. David Richards was my Plumber. I did not have to continue on the search for a trusty, professional Plumber, for David is exactly that. \r \r He arrived at 9:30 am and completely went above & beyond to replace my Water Heater & Remove my Garbage Disposal Unit. RotoRooter that's the name and away those troubles down the drain 11/8/2010

had flooding in my kitchen due to a backed-up sink drain called Rotorooter to get an estimate they came just as promised within the hour. Alexis gave me some tips to help keep my pipes and disposal clean ..very efficient we were pleased to be able to have our whole kitchen back again thanks RotoRooter, thanks Alexis more
