I can take my shirt off 3/3/2009

It is very embarrasing to have dense back hair. I used to wax but would break out in rashes and would recover only after one week. Now, with laser, yes, I go through some pain but the results are worth the pain and every single penny that I have paid so far. I bought a package because it was very economical. I have had 4 sessions so far and my wife is extremely happy with what she does NOT SEE any more. Pros: No more hair, evening hours more

Most people write to complain, so it is really a pleasure to get to write a review that is truthful and positive ! I have been using the services of R & J for a few months. I enjoy coming for my treatment because the place is beautiful, the owner is on location and hands on. They are serious about providing excellent care. Their location is convenient, their prices very reasonable. When you go for your session, you feel special and are treated like a returning well-loved guest. What's not to like ? Miracle on my face 3/3/2009

Being ethnic, I have constant hair on my face. My consultation was with Chris, as he is the expert on dark skin. He treated me with the Candela Gentlemax. It worked really well. I chose a few centers for my consultation. Romeo & Juliette was my last stop. They gave me the best informative consultation, showed me all their lasers and made me feel comfortable enough to get treated on the spot. My pricing was really good. Top Notch 3/3/2009

I make my living as a dancer. I do not have time for fooling around. My dancing takes up four to six hours a day. So, when I make an appointment I need it to be at the time I make it. I have never had to wait at R & J. They respect my time as well as their own. I am very pleased that the sessions are brief, the schedule is stuck too and I don't waste my precious time. It's hard to get such good service and I feel obliged to recommend these folks strongly because they work so hard. They are clean and punctual and pleasant. Can't say enopugh nice things about this spa. Pros: On time, on schedule and on the ball ! Cons: Sorry-Can't find one ! more

Not just for the rich girls 3/3/2009

Usually when you think special treatments you think expensive...well, not here. I am a working girl and in this day and age everything can cost so much. But, hey, a girl has to look good without going broke !!. I am so glad I found R & J. They have a reasonable plan, that even a working girl can afford. They treat me very nicely and I get warm greetings every time I come in. I feel that they value my business and they show it. So, you don't have to be a rich girl to get Class A service ! fantastic results on my bikini and underarms 3/3/2009

Having researched laser, I stumbled upon R & J. I had read great things about them on many sites. I came in with my girlfriend for a consultation and they gave us both a really good deal !! I am working really hard to become a model. I am a real perfectionist. The camera sees so much more than the eye. So, before I had some head shots taken, my boyfriend told me to take care of a few details ( He's the photographer). He knew Chris and took me there. I love the technician that works on me, Chris explained so much that I did not worry at all. The location is very convenient and I can afford the plan. Best of all, THEY ARE PERFECTIONISTS TOO ! I am getting married in a few months and will never shave again !! My wedding will be on a tropical island and I am so excited that by the time the day comes, I will spend my honeymoon on the beach with no nicks and cuts from the razors ! I am an athlete and hate shaving my chest. Once I started laser, my hair become thinner. I was not looking to get rid of my hair but making the area less dense. Chris suggested 4 sessions. After my second session, I waited for 2 months. The results look good. I may not go through with my other sessions and start on my back instead. I come in every week from Long Island. Theres a few places here too, but nothing like R & J. I like the clean facility, the girls are nice and I am getting results. So what If I have to travel a bit. I get greeted like an old friend. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. My appointment is on time.These people take the service seriously. I am so tired of ""spas"" that torture you. I have had issues with facial hair, and tweezing is not an option. I can't see close enough. My girlfriend used to wax my face for me, but when she moved, I was stuck. I found Romeo& Juliette and am very happy with the results. I have no soreness and no bumps on my face and also no wax burns. The personnel are very friendly, and the place is very clean. They stay open later and I can go after work. I really recommend them to everyone I know. Pros: Real gentle treatment, very clean Cons: I wish there was one in Brooklyn more

Worst service I ever had! 3/3/2009

Romeo has some of the worst service I have ever experienced in NYC. There was one place in Brooklyn that also had terrible service too, but we left that place. We hoped Manhattan would be better. I love being able to grab my keys and go, instead of shaving or plucking, then waiting for the redness to go away. I actually enjoy going out in the sun and playing with makeup, instead of using it to cover up scars and stubble. Pros: affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible more

Nothing more to add. They really are the best. I was sceptical because I had issues at other facilities but the service here is unbelieveable. The results are amazing and Chris checks on you all the time to make sure that you are happy. I am treating multiple areas and have referred many of my friends. Keep it up !! You deserve the best.
