What a relief to find such a professional laser hair removal place. I have been to some of the "" biggest"" and are they ever a sorry lot. They do not have the machines or the well trained technicians. At Romeo & Juliette I got the very best treatment. I had to redo everything that was supposedly ""done"" elsewhere.Chris spent a lot of time showing me why his machines were so safe and so top of the line. I am a dark redhead with fair skin. I was hesitant at first until I found out about the new gentle lasers that can eliminate reddish hair as well and not burn skin. Romeo and Juliette has opened my eyes to the possibility of actually being hair free, without and negative side effects. My legs look great, and I am moving to the under arms. Excellent Results ! 3/23/2009

In my culture "" moon faced beauty "" is a compliment for fair skin and raven dark hair and is a benchmark of beauty. Middle Easterners are also known to have body hair. They have found dozens of ways to eliminate them. All of them are painful. Since I came to the US, I had not found such a solution as I have found at Romeo and Juliettes. I am almost rid of most of the unwanted hair and am deligfhted that for many years I will not have to struggle in pain to maintain myself. Thank you R & J for your excellent results ! My opportunity to recommend 3/23/2009

I am from India. Traditionally, hair removal is private and done in the home. discreetly. However, I do not have my sisters here to make the sugar lemon wax for me. I was starting to dispair, and then a good friend said try Roemeo and Juliette. The technicians are ladies, and it is so good to feel like you have come to see your family, because they are so friendly. I strongly recommend them whenever there is an opportunity. A treat, not an agony ! 3/23/2009

I have been waxing since I was 12. My sister would joke and say I did not have hair on my body, I was the inspiration for brillo ! Anyway, after years of screaming with the hot wax, and having horrible chicken skin afterwards, I got really lucky. I found out from my neighbor about Romeo and Juliette. A lot of spas look antiseptic and barren. The people who go there look ragged. Not so with Romeo and Juliette. While spotlessly clean, R & J has a classy atmosphere. The owner and his wife are very courteous and polite. The technicians are great at their work. You can see that they are catering to a good clientele. There is nothing shabby about R & J. Twin Success 3/23/2009

I am a twin. We do everything together. So when my sister found R & J, she immediately told me about how great they are. We try and make our appointments around the same time and we get to visit with one another too. Both of us are thrilled with our legs and are getting some problem areas taken care of too ! My daughter had serious facial hair issues and was getting ready for her graduation. I did not know how we would manage to eliminate the problem reasonably and yet safely. My co-worker at the office told me about Romeo & Juliette. I called, and got good information. They gave me an appointment and Chris spoke specifically to my daughter to reassure her. I am a professional and don't have time to waste on looking for or going to places that are not professional. I find that Romeo and Juliets is a very professional place. They take their work seriously and I have hed excellent results. I had some issues with hair on my back and they were taken care of expertly. Three years. That's how long I looked for a good place. Until someone told me about R & J and I read their reviews here on City Search. All the reviews stressed the same thing : service. I called, got the owner, Chris. He explained in great detail and I made an appointment immediately. I am so happy wth the service, I had to write a review sharing my positive experience. Normally, I hate to write reviews because he place that you write about goes south right after ! But, I have been to R & J for 8 sessions so far and have seen the consistant great service they give, so I am writing this review without hesitation. My legs are a wonder to behold. My underarms look as if they never had any hair, ever ! I am in the process of a bikini treatment which is practically painless. And, I can still afford to eat !Ya, when you are good, you are good ! Fly into NYC for Romeo & Juliette 3/23/2009

I fly the friendly skies as a stewardess for a major carrier. Although I live in another city, I make it a point to stopover in NYC JUST TO GO TO R & J ! They are so careful and so reasonable, I would not trust my body to anyone else. Their machines are also top of the line and I have been around enough to know that. I recommend them highly ! If you don't believe what you read, one visit to R & J will convince you of the superlative excellence of this laser hair removal facility. It is spotless, the machines are fresh out of the factory, the personnel is attentive and well trained. They have a high end cliente and cater to them fabulously. I was recommended here and have sent all my co-workers from a major real estate company in NYC. Too bad there are so few places of excellence ! I have been coming to R & J for 7 sessions up until now. i AN DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE ! I was playing around on the site and saw some negative bogus reviews. Someone is up to no good. You cannot find a better place. The owners wife they complained about is pleasant and sociable, They have the newest machines-go see them ! I have had several treatments in New York at centers that offer unlimited treatments for a set price. One place gave me a good price but treated me really badly. In fact, they had technicians that did not know how to use the lasers. Pros: Best lasers in New York, great techs more

I don't let bad sevice go unaddressed. We are co abused here in the uS, and we need to comment on good places as well as complain about bad places. I have been to some awful laser places. I thought I would have to give it up. Then I looked up here in City Search and found R & J. I called and got the scoop from Chris. He knows his stuff, and he has the patrience to talk to customers.
