I found Romeos from looking on different sites and seeing which place is recommended. Then I went and visited some places.I came and used the service here and was very pleased with the results. Pros: Good lasers, they know their stuff more

Happy with my choice ! 4/20/2009

I had some eyebrow issues. I am nearsighted and plucking was a real drag, ecause I couldn't see what I was doing. I carefully called and checked references for several laser places, but found that my conversation with Chris, the owner, was the best indication of how I would be treated at R & J. My eyebrows are now exactly as I would like them to stay. I took my time picking a place, and am very happy with my choice ! Pros: all around great more

I wear a suit and tie at work but with Summer coming, I was thinking I would loosen up and relax more on Fridays. I was self conscious about my chest hair which wants to come out the top of my polo shirts. I met Chris, the owner, on a flight and he told me about his laser center. I tried it out and really love the fact that you can have too much of a good thing and be able to corral it ! Thanks Chris ! I am enjoyingt the new and improved me ! Works for me ! 4/20/2009

I work for a jeweler and am always showing jewelry to clients. My girlfriend noticed that I always wear long sleeves at work, and asked why. When I told her I did not like to see the dark arm hairs under the strong halogen lights, she told me about Romeo and Juliett. Very very pleased 4/20/2009

I am ethnically Chinese and have coarse hair. People always think that Orientals are hairless- --not true. I have had about 6 sessions at Romeo and Juliette and they asked me to review how I feel about the srvice to-date. I must say I am very pleased. I read the last two reviews written here and am so surprised that people must be confusing the place I go to with somewhere else ! I recommend Romeo and Juliette fully, and with no hesitation. Pros: Good service, reasonable cost, fine new machines Cons: there are none I could see more

Pleasantly surprised with pricing 4/18/2009

I got a price quote over the phone for my full back. Once there, I filled out a form. When I was taken in, I was intoduced to the Owner who upon seeing the patches on my back, lowered the pricing quoted over the phone, as I did not have much areas to be treated!!! I was happy with the original price but I appreciated their honesty. Pros: Good lasers, nice technicians, busy Cons: Not any more

Help please!! 4/17/2009

I recently went for a consultation and I really would like to have the hair removal there. The price was decent, however I would have to go back for at least 8-10 sessions. I have been saving for the sessions, but what do I do about a tip? 20% of 200 dollars over a period of time can add up. Do I have to tip them? Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks. more

Camera ready girl 4/17/2009

My fourteen year old was entering a modeling contest and had to submit headshots and a contact sheet of various photos. When we went to the photographer, a relative, he said we needed to clean up her face because the camera saw hairs we never noticed. He told us about Roemeos and we went right away. The treatment was gentle and I liked that the owner was there in charge of what was going on. Now my older daughters are saving to get their treatments too ! Best method for me 4/17/2009

Even though I had my doubts and was nervous about lasers, I came to Romeo and Juliette because of the great recommendations I got from people I know. My upper lip was a problem area since puberty and all the methods typically used irritated me. I had about three sessions and some touch up and now I have a perfect upper lip. I am now getting rid of the air on and under my arms. I love how I look and can't wait till I am done ! Thanks guys ! Pros: Gentle treatment, effective treatment,great staff more

Waited too long for such great result ! 4/10/2009

Everyday is wonderful now that I can look in the mirror and not see my unsightly sideburns- which as a woman I did not want. I spent years with lemon and sugar wax ( a greek thing) and with sore and reddish cheeks ! My girlfriend told me about Romeos and I decided when I got to 40, that I woed it to myself ! Boy, am I happy ! I should have come sooner and not suffered for so long ! more

Best recommendations for R & J 4/10/2009

I went to several laser places and found that I did not like the machines. One made me burn, the other too painful and then there were no other choices. When I read about R & J, I also came in to see them. I was very amazed to see so many lasers. Clearly the owner wants to make sure he can serve all his clients. more

Soft skin and no problems at all ! 4/10/2009

I have really thin skin, and all the hair removal methods I used would irritate my skin. I ended up with rashes and burning skin. One of my acquaintences at the gym told me about Romeo and Juliette. She assured me that they were very knowlegible and so I called and came in to see for myself. You know it's a good place when they have so many different lasers for all skin types and uses. I felt very safe and signed up. I have had GREAT results ! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Romeo and Juliettes ! more

I love the results I got ! 4/10/2009

I am so slow at doing stuff that the personal grooming for the Summer used to make me crazy. By the time I got done, half of my beach day was spent preparing. Last year I got all the treatments to get pretty hairless by the time Summer came around. oh what a relief it was ! Only a touch up here and there and I spent no time on the weekend getting ready for the beach ! I work hard all week, who wants to lose time on weekends ! My best friends got so jealous, they had to get the treatments at R & J too ! I love the results I got ! more

One hot mama with no effort ! 4/10/2009

I know it's not all about the looks, but really ooking hot requires a lot of maintenance. I have a stressful job, and I need to look super good all the time. I have no time for shaving and tweezing etc. I found Romeo and Juliette after I called around and got half hearted chatter from unenthusiastic people elsewhere. Chris, the owner, talked to me at length, I was sold ! I came in right away, and am super satisfied ! And I can look spectacular and not have to work at it ! more

Getting rid of the extra 4/10/2009

My boyfriend is twenty years older than me, and I suddenly realized one day that all the hair he was losing on his head was growing out of his ears ! I knew about R & J and called to ask if they did noses and ears, and sure enough they do. Well, we both came in together. i liked the place so much I am having some areas worked on. Worth it, all the way 4/10/2009

Now I am so happy with my legs, but it was not always this way. I used to shave every day, and sometimes twice a day in the Summer. My girlfriend told me about R & J, because she knew one of the techs. I came and started last Fall, and am now hair free on my legs. i am getting ready to do the underarms. I am so pleased I feel like telling everyone I see ! The cost was reasonable for all the work, and the discomfort negligable. Well worth it ! Pros: great all around more

Better than expected 4/10/2009

I have never had such good treatment at a spa type place. I met with a lovely technician, who took a lot of time to explain the process to me. She then showed me what it feels like. I signed up today and plan on having my legs finished and my bikini too. I don't know if all places are this nice, but i came because I was referred. I will no doubt refer them also. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed ! Pros: Courteous and helpful techs and good deals more
