Very very good results 3/31/2009

I was very nervous about coming in and being lasered. My brother 's wife had been here and she insited that I would find it fantastic. Actually, while we don't always agree, she was right. I like very much the attention they give each customer, so you feel very important. The ladies working there are very informed and also very gentle and sweet. I called Romeo & Juliette after reading about them first. I found Chris, the owner, to be very attentive and articulate about the process. I had not heard such good explanations from any other place, so I came in for a consultation. I liked all the options and the low pressure atmosphere. Indepth explanations and great service 3/31/2009

I was a real skeptic about hair removal until I called and spoke to Chris. After a deep explanation on the phone, I came in for a personal consultation. I filled out a consultation form, something I never saw anywhere else. Then I got a straightforward explanation of plans, schedules,and results. I must say, I am ever so pleased ! Everything they explained came about and hair fell out in three or four days. I will soon have totally smooth and hairless skin ! This is a great place ! Pros: Best results and painfree too ! more

I like to feel welcomed at the establishments I go to. Romeo and Juliette has a very nice atmosphere and they are very welcoming. I particularly like the serene and clean rooms. The staff is also very peaceful and pleasant. Although this could be considered a medical procedure even, there is no anxiety, stress or pain. No more hassles 3/31/2009

I travel a lot and with the new restrictions on small containers, and razors etc. I decided to have laser treatments to cut down on the clutter I take with me. Not to mention the inconvenience of forgetting to pack things in suitcase and having to throw them out at security. A friend recommended Romeo and Juliett and I am so happy with my results. I had a car accident a few years ago and severe scarring on my legs. I did not want to shave anymore and waxing caused me too much anxiety and pain. Such a lovely center for laser treatment 3/30/2009

This is such a nice place to come to. They are open at convenient hours for the working woman. They have great staff. The owner is on top of the latest new lasers and procurs them for his clientele. The girls are friendly and the place is very very clean. One cannot say enough nice things about Romeo and Juliet. I came when they first opened and have come again to finish some things up. Sabra is spiky no more thanks to R & J 3/30/2009

I am a Sabra and I have the tough hair to prove it ! My boyfriend jokes that the sabra means a cactus, and he knows where we got the name ! Well, soon there will be no spikes from cactus on my legs. Evebntually, there won't be any anywhere. I have been coming to Romeo and Juliet sor four months and I am so please that I no longer have to shave my underarms daily. In Minnesota where I come from, people want to be shown and not told. So. even though I heard good things about Romeo and Juliette, I had to see for myself. Oh, is it beautiful !!! The Perfectionism Shows 3/30/2009

I met Chris and his wife on vacation and decided to come to their place in NYC for treatment. Not only are they lovely people, but they run a really spectacular laser center. Chris' attention to detail is phenomenal, and explains why he has the latest machines and a very well trained staff. Perfectionism shows and it is to the benefit of the client. Word of mouth works 3/30/2009

I am writing a review because of a lovely request card I got from Romeo and Juliet. I do not need to write to get my friends and family to come here. I am of Lebanese origin and we go to places we recommend to one another by word of mouth. I have been here for several years with my children and my extended family. this is a very professional place and has excellent service. You have to see it to believe it ! Special Treatment 3/30/2009

It is really remarkable how well I have gotten treated at Romeo and Juliet. I am dark skinned and have always had skin that scars easily. Several laser places told me not to bother even trying. I came to speak with Chris in person after we spoke on the phone. He told me all about the special adjustments and considerations for my type of skin. I am Pakistani and have too much hair on my back. Or rather I used to. I met Chris personally, after calling in one day. Reliable and no nonsense programs 3/27/2009

I like the fact that you get a free consultation and they estimate the number of treatments you will need, and they turn out to be right. I went to a few places in the past where it seemed like they were going to milk me for my money , without telling me when it would all be done.I like knowing a lot before I commit and R & J told me a lot and I felt reassured even before I started treatments. Very effective and painless results 3/27/2009

After a serious sunburn, I developed hair on the back of my thighs which I was unable to take care of by shaving. My cousin had gone to R & J and she told me how good they were and how painless their lasers were too. My daughter was coming to Roemeo and Juliette laser center and she recommended me. I had a few stubborn whiskers which kept annoying me.
